Rent back agreement was not honored after property was returned early (upon request). The disputed "pro-rated" amount was only a few hundred dollars but their response was simply thank you for returning early but we will simply call the settlement even. Do not trust this company with deposits or verbal agreements. Make sure to have everything documented.

The LB Hunt team is just amazing! They gave our property a new lease on life which brought us tenants who actually stay and even care for the house. I wasn’t sure when a friend suggested hiring a company, but now I can’t help but recommend LB Hunt to anyone who asks.

We decided to work with LB Hunt when the neverending requests just became too much for us (my wife and I) to handle on our own. Holly assured us they’ll do the heavy work and keep us updated -- they have been true to their word and gave us more than what I expected. Highly recommend them for anyone who is up to their eyeballs in property requests.

Who would want to leave a space that’s safe and comfortable? No one. And that’s why our tenant retention rate has gone up since bringing on Holly,Sondi and the rest of the LB team. Quality tenants appreciate quality management. And I appreciate them, too!

The folks at LB Hunt are very professional and take great care of the spaces they manage. I have felt they have dealt with me as a tenant in a very positive way.
