Ms. Anita was very nice. She explained the process to me and was eager to answer my questions. She was very patient and she didn't act as though I was asking dumb questions or too many questions. She was really awesome and I appreciate her helping me. She is very professional and friendly. Thank you for making me feel a sigh of relief when I left the office.

Anita was professional, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. Had excellent customer service. Anita was answered in detail manner such as what additional information, documents do you need from me in order to begin work? How long is process after initial consultation? I left appointment feeling much better as I was before going in.

Wonderful experience meeting Anita. We were nervous to begin with but Her personally put Us at ease. Her attention to detail was remarkable. Really when We arrived everyone was so nice. We also were please to meet Becca. What a wonderful experience we had overall. Looking foward to working with Y'all. Thank You.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the Fayetteville office staff. From the receptionist to my paralegal, I was made to feel that my personal situation was most important to them. I was made to feel at ease throughout each visit. Everyone was great, but I must say that I felt extremely lucky to have been paired with Christina Crews. She managed to break the “legalese” into language that I could understand. She took the time to answer every question that I had. I can’t say enough about the caring people who work in this office. If I could have given 10 stars, I would have!

My wife and myself were a little nervous about filing for
bankruptcy in the first place. But our experience with Anita from your Fayetteville office put us at ease. She is very knowledgeable of all procedures for filing. If she were an employee of mine she would of just got a pay raise.response / report this review -

I was very nervous coming to their office. No one really wants to file for bankruptcy. They were very respectful from the moment my husband and I walked in. When I was called back, Anita took such good care of me and was just so nice, helpful, and professional. Thank you all for making a deeply personal issue more bearable.

Anita was wonderful and so helpful in my time of despair. Let me say from my initial point of contact at 1 am until now, the staff has been caring and so empathic to my situation. But once I met with Anita I knew it was meant to be and that God sent her to help me. I can't stop praising the whole team. Thank you Anita and my person over the phone.

We were given excellent customer service at all level of the appointment. The intake process with the great thanks to knowledgeable welcoming reception staff. The initial consultation with Juanita Walker was excellent. She was very friendly and with the speed and precision of her question one could tell she knew her job inside and out. The first meeting with the Tina Moore was equally as friendly and insightful. In all, the experience was informative, helpful and pleasant.

The best customer service that I have ever seen. We went in and met with Mrs. Anita. She was so very helpful and set us up with a plan to help us get back on our feet. She went above and beyond to answer any questions and she was so nice. If you need help and are struggling, go to see Anita @ the Breezewood Ave. location. She will do everything she can to figure out a solution. I would highly recommend John T. Orcutt and his fabulous team here in Fayetteville. They are awesome. 5 stars all the way!

The law office of John T Orcutt slogan is accurate. They help you with your bills and getting back on track to good credit standings. The staff is amazing also. Me and my wife had t he pleasure of working with Anita. She was very sweet and pleasant to work with. She know her stuff and will do all she can to help facilitate your needs.

Had a great first experience with the Fayetteville location. All the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The particular paralegal that i dealt with, Anita, was great. She was very knowledgeable about the entire process and was quickly able to answer all of my questions! This entire process has been very simple so far thanks to all her hard work. Thanks John T. Orcutt for having a fantastic team!

I was hesitant to call for help, but realized things was not getting better. So I picked up the phone and talk to this office. My first meeting I was so nervous. But after talking to a staff member I started to feel relaxed. My second meeting got easier. With the help of Angie Rhodes she assured me that it was not that bad. I sure appreciate the help you and your office have given me to start over again. Thank you so much Mr. Orcutt
