Took my vehicle to the dealership to check a recall for my water pump and they told me I have a leak. They did a compression test and gave me the car back saying my water pump is fine. The cars water outlet exploded as I drove off the lot. They refuse to take blame for their test blowing up my outlet housing and now I'm getting towed home under all my expense. Poor service. They ruined my water outlet housing with their test!!

I went to quite a few dealerships in the northeastern Ohio area and when I went to Lavery I was surprised at how helpful they all were. They worked with me and found a car that suited me best and within my price range and made everything very easy for me. They took care of everything I needed to get started and fully detailed the car when I purchased it. Thank you for the excelled car and service. My wife and I recently purchased a Cadillac SUV from Lavery. It was slightly used and we noticed a few things were not working properly after we took possession. Lavery was great to work with and addressed all issues, including non-warranty items. We lived about three hours away and they made it convenient as possible by sending a driver to switch out the cars and allowing us to use a similar loaner car. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car- good/fair prices and great service. Thank you- John

We purchased our newest van from Emily. Her knowledge, service and professionalism is top notch. We also want to mention Chris from finance. He was honest and very professional. Got a good car from there but the salesman I got didn't seem in any way motivated to do much. I also got a very misogynistic vibe. Not someplace I think I would buy from again. The certified service people are nice tho and do quality work. 5/5 certified service 2/5 for sales.

Hassle-free buying. Just purchased a 2017 Cadillac XT5 and everything was smooth and easy. Found a car priced online, called and scheduled a test drive the next afternoon. Car was ready and waiting for us. Prices were great, no surprise costs or unintelligible fees tacked on. Gave a fair price for the trade-in, handled paperwork and didn't mind our one-year old daughter running around like she owned the place. Forget the names of everyone we worked with, but everyone was great to deal with. From the salesman--including test drive--the assistant that showed how the onstar and touchscreen systems worked, to the finance and paperwork guy, the receptionist, the owner, and everyone there. Definitely a go-to place to purchase a car. No hassle, no pressure, honest and drove away in our new car happy.

Just brought home my New Chevrolet 2017 Malibu! It was truly hassle free buying! My salesman Jim Wolfe was wonderful, as was the whole staff. He will treat you right & make sure you're very satisfied! They took great care of us! Tyler that explained everything the car has (on Starr, all the buttons, gadgets, etc.) Was very knowledgeable and super friendly!
The business manager and financial department was also great to deal with! We drove in to just look around and came home with a beautiful new car a short time later. I felt no pressure from anybody there, unlike other dealerships in area we have visited. Lavery Chevrolet has lifelong customers in our family and we will highly recommend them to family, friends & all!!!

Lavery Automotive Service was outstanding! I made an appointment to have our hard top convertible serviced which took an outstanding tech from Lavery's abilities to handle this special car. The experience our family received with Lavery's Service department was amazing. Emily with the service department was incredible from making the appointment to keeping me advised though out the repair! Hats off to the Lavery tech and team! The convertible top works perfect! GM should use your dealership as a training aid for other dealers to follow!

I had a very positive experience dealing with Lavery Automotive sales and specifically Craig Vicars. I was able to negotiate a fair price for my vehicle over the phone as I live about 3 hours away. Craig and Lavery Automotive accommodated me in staying after hours to complete my sale and they also worked to get me the best financing they had available. Craig even set up my On-Star and filled up my tank.

Great Professional Salesmanship - Todd Bollman - Listens and asks the right questions to understand what the customer is looking for the first time. Accommodated and worked around my schedule, to satisfy what I needed. Explained the process, and did some over the phone - no surprises at the end - Definitely recommend before purchasing to Visit Todd before making your final decision.
The Service and Repair Shop is one of the best in the area, as I have serviced to previous vehicles with them.
