They open at 0730 on union street Schenectady but nobody is ever here to open up. This is the second time. It is now 0810 and still nobody to open or any other workers. Don't waste your time if a business can't be prompt and responsible to there customers. Leaving now to not return again

Mr. Bart, Mr. Bill and the rest of the staff are very nice and professional. Mr. Bart and Bill have a very good customer service. I talked to them of the phone needed some tires, they took a very good care of me. I will let my other friends know about you guys. take care God bless you all.

I just moved to the area and was looking for a new mechanic. First time I came here for an oil change the price was reasonable and they agreed to do a tire rotation free of charge and that usually costs $20 at my old shop. Then on my second visit I thought it was time to change the front brakes. They said they will need time to look at it first to see what needs to be done. They called me back a half hour later and told me the brakes still look good and that I could probably get another 10,000 miles out of them. Other places I have been to will call back with another ten things they "need" to do. So far really happy with the shop and will keep coming back.
