I didn't buy my BMW at Keeler but based on the way that their service department has treated me and taking such wonderful care of every and any issue I've had. I'm not sure I would look at another dealer. Dan, Mike and Quincy in the service and technician areas are outstanding at what they do.
DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE!!! Or buy from here if you are a female. They prey on females hoping they are honest people and they are anything but. They make repairs that don't need to be done and they charge $51 to change a filter that cost 4.99. My mom went in there looking for a car to lease and they told her they were out of leases. I am ashamed to be a male in a world where the men at Keeler lie and cheat people who hope to trust them. Don't waste your time here. They are desperate to rip you off.
The front desk staff need customer service training. The lack of professionalism tonight determined that I will not be purchasing another vehicle from Keeler, nor recommending anyone to them. DJ has a classy, professional approach and I looked forward to working with him in my desired vehicle upgrade. The woman at the front desk who I will spare this review has some serious growth to achieve. Absolutely pathetic.
I recently purchased a Honda Accord from Keeler Honda & I will highly recommend this dealership & sales rep, Tom Fenton. Tom is very knowledgeable of his product & more than willing to instruct us on the features of the car. Most important was the work the dealership did to get us favorable financing within our budget constraints. I have recommended Keeler to my family & will continue to buy cars from this dealership.
Its always nice to see Andrew Gorman when I service my 328. I met him after I bought the car in 2013, and I've dealt with him ever since. He's a great guy down to earth and he's the reason I keep coming back for my service. He's a great asset to the Keeler motor car BMW service department
Very good service. Joe Marcil was very kind and herlpful throughout my buying process
My recent experience with Paul Martell at Keeler Mercedes was outstanding. Although I knew the model of vehicle I wanted, I was unfamiliar with the different option packages and prices. Paul was very patient and thoroughly searched the inventory to find several vehicles which matched my needs. I still could not decide so Paul brought both vehicles up front side by side so I could see and feel the differences between the two. At no time was I pressured into purchasing. This was by far the most pleasant car purchase process I have ever experienced. If you're looking for a highly qualified, knowledgeable professional, I recommend you see Paul for your next vehicle. I look forward to returning to work with Paul for my next purchase.
I purchased a car from Nick Emery in the used car department and though I purchased an older Mercedes, i felt the treatment I received from him and Frank Salamida was as if I were purchasing a new car. Helpful in every way and great follow up after the sale. If you need a car and want great service go see Nick or Frank!!
Hands down the worst company I have ever worked with. Will never work with them again. From beginning to end, their sole focus is to take advantage of people and extract as much money from them as possible. They act under the guise of working with people but in reality they are completely self-serving. I purchased 1 new car from them and had nothing but problems with it. They did absolutely nothing to help me and I was finally able to get rid of it through private sale. My wife made the mistake of purchasing a new car through them. Same thing - nothing but problems with it. When i met with the GM and Service Manager they told me they would meet me in the middle and help us to get into a more reliable vehicle. Their offer was complete nonsense and they once again took advantage of my wife and I, who were faced with very few options and a 3.5 year old broken, worthless car. But hey, they made their money on the trade in of our car and the sale of another one, so what do they care? They will tell you whatever you want to hear and will offer you a solution that only benefits them. I know most people think that the car sales industry is "like this". That's absolutely not true. You can run a good, fair business and still make money. Keeler and their entire staff runs on deception and saying whatever they have to in order to "get the deal". Anyone associated with this company should be ashamed of themself. Buyer beware. The only way you are leaving that lot with a car is if they are screwing you over.
Paul Haupt and Nick Demartino were both excellent to work with. As a person who doesn't usually like shopping for a new car- they both made my time at the dealership enjoyable, easy and affordable. They were so patient in listening to my must haves in a car, my budget and working with me on my trade in. I found the perfect FIT for my life. I am so happy I decided to go with a Honda. I HIGHLY recommend Keeler Honda!!
Keeler is the only place I'll let work on my car. My service advisor Andrew Gorman has gone above and beyond for me for more than 4 years now and has treated me like family. Everything is always done in a friendly and quick manner and done right the first time. Keeler is the only place I'll recommend to people from the service I've had with Andrew.
When i visited Keeler BMW I met Arthur Knapp. He took his time with us and was patient, personable and has a great sense of humor. Thanks Art for the best shopping experience ever. I would recommend him to anyone if you want a great buying experience.
My husband Vince and I just leased a 4 series BMW. It was a really smooth and satisfying experience. Joe Marcil was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our lease experience. We would highly recommend Joe to our friends and colleagues.
