My husband and I purchased our kitchen and bathroom countertops about 6 years ago from Tower Industries while building our house. We choose Meridian Quartz, Odyssey and love it. It still looks band new and shines. Just last week while making breakfast and rushing myself and the kids out of the house I left the pancake box on top of the counter which had maple syrup underneath of it. I came home after work to a box "glued" to my countertop UGH! I called into customer service at Tower. Tracy was so helpful and talked me off the ledge. She went over how quartz is nonporous and how it is scratch and stain resistant. Even though its durable isn't doesn't mean that it not indestructible. She gave me a few tips to try and if those don't work to call her back. Thank goodness using soap, warm water and a plastic scraper (with rounded edges; I used my pampered chef scraper) worked! Thank you Tracy, really appreciate your expertise.

I was lured in by one of their sales I saw in the news paper. I was remodeling my kitchen with new cabinets and needed some granite. I needed just a little more than one slab. They were nice and allowed me to buy just what I needed from the second slab instead of the two entire slabs which made the price attractive. The price was actually very good.

They did a great job of fabricating the counters. The edges and seams were very good.

However, I was NOT totally satisfied with the installation. The counter top appeared higher on one side of the stove than the other side. I called them back to fix it. I think the guy called himself the operations manager? but anyways he repeatedly laughed at me when I called back with my concern. He kept saying the height difference is within industry standard. His customer service abilities were terrible.

They insisted that I had to pay the total amount the day of the sale so I had no recourse for my unhappiness with the installation.
