reserved a maga lot space,a week before we arrived, drove 2 days.when i checked in with Pat, they had denied me my reserved site (14-6) and put me in a luxury space, the worst of 6 different site types, .. I was crushed, looked forward the whole drive to stay in this specific site! the lady taking my check in did not seem to care at all said that my travel trailer wasn't big enough AT 31 feet.said it had to be 40 ft, or more.. so I was displaced to the other side of the park in a much less desirable site. the whole time I was there several mega lot spaces were left empty, and at one time a 25 ft. motor home in one of those spaces.. I don't understand the reasoning behind the way they treated me,they made me very, very unhappy at check in and appeared not to care at all.I do NOT recommend this RV park.. there are others in the area, look at them first. My visit was 4-6 thru 4-9 I left a day early witch I'm sure I won't get reimbursed for. oh yeah, no fires at all,no cable at all. wifi did not work in my site. one thing that was good Dave, helped me w/propaneLive and learn.

Although it appears well kept and clean, I'm not fond of the "parking lot" feel. They also don't let you park your car at your RV space, so you have to walk to an actual parking lot to get to your vehicle. I also feel too much money goes to the amenities making it so expensive. I'd rather not have a less than average restaurant and no broken fitness equipment and no tiki hut on my lot and no on site bowling, and pay less. It's a confusing layout and hard to find where you're going. The people seem nice though. Other reviews on Yelp and trip advisor indicate a less than favorable interaction with staff, but we did not interact with them for anything, so we cannot comment on that.

The pool looks nice for summer, but has no winter cover. We have friends staying at Treasure because our resort was full, so we went to check it out with them and spend some time. Although it's clean, it's quite a drive from downtown Pahrump. It made us very happy to be where we are. My overall all view is that it would be a great place to visit for a week or two if other resorts are full and money is no object (nor value for money), but beyond that it's too costly for a longer stay and is too focused on it's so-so amenities at the cost of, well, cost.

I have ate there several times. Chicken fingers or the Cod are the bomb. Nice and friendly staff. Great little hide away!

I loved this place. Very friendly people and
staff, and very clean and inc the womens
bathroom. I love the waterfall pouring into
the pool. All in all this is a very relaxing
place to be at. They do have one thing for
the kids to do besides swim, like bowling.
But the place is more for the mature crowd.
    And the food is great.

We have come to love this park. We loved it when it was not under the best stewardship. It has seen some neglect to be sure but the new management seems eager for improvements! The new manager, Mr. Adams was very receptive to suggestions from guests and we had a nice discussion with him. The staff seems much happier this visit also. They need to keep that “we get to work here” attitude. We will of course be back. Can not wait to !

Nice grounds that are in disrepair. No hot water in the pool area probably means people are not showering before entering the pool. WiFi is not working.and no TV cable. It's not what you are promised when you call. Also there is road work all around the area with 30 minute waits.Good luck

I drove through the park last summer looking for a place for my RV and I to stay. What a warm serenity feeling I had walking through the place. I ended up engaged and living on the south side, so never moved there. However after looking at all RV parks here in Pahrump in my own opinion this park is by far the most cared for. Peaceful, beautiful, serenity. Very much an at home feeling

Great place. Wintered there last year and going back this year. Best gym in town. Management was a little slow to correct a few things but it eventually got straightened out. See you in Dec

Very nice RV park. Our kids enjoyed the pool, despite the limited hours kids are allowed to swim.

I love this place is came here to a school field trip it was awesome. Their ice cream is really good. They have a little Bolling place, and they have a theater. They have 3 pools.1) a pool with a water fountain which it is really cold.2) A yacuzzi.3) The main pool it also has a water fountain which it feels really good when u put ur back against it, which is call it a mini back fountain massage😀😀

We are full time RV'ers and this is an Unbelievable RV Site. We were Awe Struck from the time we entered.

The landscaping makes you feel like your in a movie. From the wide three lane parking area in front of the office entry to park your rig while registering. To the friendly well versed guide that not only leads you to you concrete and paved site, he also assists you in parking as well.

The amenities of the Park are top notch, from the pools, hot tubs, exercises equipment, sauna and steam room. To the bowling alley, Grill and even propane delivery, this place has every thing one needs.

All the workers went out of there way to make us feel at home.
If you are looking for a Great Place to stay with reasonable rates you just found it. We will be making this a regular stop during our adventures.

Reservations on phone & Check in was very easy and fast.
A staff took us to show us all the available sites, for us to pick and guided our motorhome to our site.
Drive way & sites are paved and large-no issue for big rigs with tow.
Big rigs like ours with slides on both side, may face width wise.
Picnic tables are not provided in all sites ( few sites has tiki hut with picnic tables and few also have grills on site-believe it's privately owned sites)
The resort is fully landscaped, clean and well maintained.
    There is on site:
-separate bath houses, massage room, in door jacuzzi and sauna and lockers for male and female.
-laundry facilities- we didn't use, can't comment.
-2 Pools ( heated and non) open till 10pm daily
-The outdoor spa is large, open till 10pm daily

-Wifi internet is strong and reliable, rare for an RV park/Resort. (Update- only works fine for laptop but no signals on cellphone or iPads-worked fine for first few days. Was told they are working on improving)* After 3 months here Wifi still none existent

    -A bowling alley
    -Grill Restaurant
-Fitness Center is fully equipped, open till 10pm daily.
-Cell service TMobile has 2 bar LTE & AT&T has 4 bar LTE
Above all friendly and helpful staffs.

We love it here so much, decided to extend it for couple of months.
Staying here in a 45 ft motorhome with a jeep tow.
