We worked with fleet salesman, Elvis Johnson, with this purchase of our new Highlander. He was able to find the vehicle we wanted and have it available for us to inspect within one day. When my husband requested a tow package be added before we took the vehicle home, Elvis had that completed by the next day. He explained and showed us all of the new vehicle's electronic features and made sure all questions were answered. We would recommend using this dealer to anyone interested in purchasing a Toyota. Additionally, we would recommend purchasing a Toyota for anyone who cares about reliability and excellent quality in a vehicle.

Had a great experience.
I had made an appointment with Rob Bradshaw on the phone before I left home. He was available when
I arrived. I did know what model car I wanted and color before I came in. Rob was easy to talk to and showed
me the two different models. Being the computer person he was (not me) he guided me through all the
different things the cars could do. I picked a Ruby Red C-HR and I love it. I had to call in a couple of times
for lights that went on I didn't understand they answered questions immediately. Good service in my opinion.

Car buying can be stressful, but honestly I knew every step of the way I was in good hands at Larry H Miller Toyota Peoria. Jay Carley and Robert Schilling were open and honest and took excellent care of me. They explained everything quickly and simply and there were never any surprises. From my phone call to my in person interactions everything was straightforward and easy to understand. My car is amazing, and I couldn't be happier. Brought my 4Runner in for a second time because the first experience was good - separate issue. This time it needed a new alternator. Got a call from Dean saying my front lower control arms and ball joints needed to be replaced along with a laundry list of other repairs totalling about $3k. When I started questioning Dean he decided to tell me the front lower control arms and ball joints were so bad that my wheel could come off at any time. Took it in to another mechanic and he said thar was a scare tactic to get me to buy now. Turns out the front control arms and bearings did not need to be replacedonly the front struts need replacing and my wheel isn't in danger of falling off. Serious disappointment. As a woman navigating the car repair world I have one piece of adviceSHOP AROUND! Second and third opinions could end up saving you a bundle!!

Jay Carley and Jason Prasad were great to work with. They made the buying process extremely easy and transparent. If I could give no stars- I would. This company PROMISED help- specifically Manny and he completely BLEW ME OFF! They were supposed to help me get out of the negative equity car THEY put me in and didn't. After PROMISING they would. They are liars. I would NEVER EVER EVER buy a car here again and I will let every single person I know not to go here. They are AWFUL. nothing short of your skeeming, low life, trying to make a quick buck at your expense car dealers.

Been getting my services done here for years. On a first name basis with my service advisor. Never had any issues. Tried other dealers, closer to my house and ended up coming back. Even bought my last vehicle here. Very very happy with this place. My service adviser (Tommy) is an honest man and I appreciate that. Hard to find that anymore.
