They didn't have my size

Sales person took a very long time bringing me my size, handed me 1 shoe and walked away. I went to the desk to ask for the box because shoe did not seem to be correct size and sales person told me that 1 could only have 1 shoe at a time. I am not sure how anyone can decide if a pair of running shoes is correct trying 1 shoe at a time. In addition, sales person had brought the incorrect size. I will never return to this store and will discourage everyone I know from shopping here. So much for company policy for great customer service and treating everyone like family.

Shoe Palace has really good quality shoes! They clothes are cool, I love the shoes though. They are comfortable and have reasonable costs.

Use to love this place, till I went in today to use my store credit which was $75 after using it once before only to find out "some how" it was used I had all the receipts which were given to me in my wallet my son was still wearing the shoes that we had bought last time there is no way that we used the credit .coincidentally the manager is the one that check us out all three times but couldn't tell us what the purchase was for hmmmplan on going to higher management I guess to try and get something resolvedgrrrr
