Horrible experience! Jackie and Jeanette did not know what they were doing and were not accomodating at all. I prefer Mandarin Oriental. The spa wasn't even that great not too many ameitiies and they don't event have a sauna. Very disappointed!!

I had a wonderful first experience at the Lapis spa this past weekend. We did the "Fontainebleau for 2" package and it was amazing! We had an 11:30 hot stone appointment but checked in at 9:30am to enjoy the facilities before. I recommend coming in earlier before your appointment while it's still quiet and not filled with a bunch of people. A big thank you to Olga, the locker room attendant! She was so sweet and very helpful with any questions I had. Our therapist were also great! ---We enjoyed a two course Spa lunch after at La Cote and then hung out by the pool for the rest of the day. We came back to the spa around 6:00PM and we were able to use the facilities and showers before we left for the night. I recommend this spa to everyone! Great experience and I look forward to coming back very soon!!!

I am an executive in the industry and After hearing how good this spa was I was so disappointed. Dirty towels in lounge chairs never grabbed, wasn't given slippers until I asked for them so had to walk around on wet floor. Was waiting to check im for 15 mins and then once I did was told I was already 5 mins into my message.. so since I had to wait it was my fault and message would be shorter time??? Was never one time greated with a smile or felt relaxed. Didn't offer any type of essential oil scent to relax during message, room felt cold and not relaxing. Shall I go on. Not interested in going back!

Not a bad setup. One coed area (mineral pool)good for hang time with wife. Nice men’s locker room. Great rain showers, giant steam room. No dry sauna. Massage I had was above average. Would come back I guess.

The massage was good. That's it! Took my team AA reward for their hard work. Never again! Everything was out of order. The jacuzzi was cold, the rain room was not working. It's was very crowded. The massage therapist was good but people kept walking by the room speaking loudly. If you are staying here I guess something is better than nothing but if you want a great spa, go to The Carillon. Not coming back. Would not recommend.

Very disappointing spa. My background is in spa management and ownership and this was a big let down. Came for Miami spa month with a friend. Way too bright to relax. Not one person was walking around cleaning for the hours we were there. Left over trash in the relaxation rooms and left over dirty towels everywhere. You go and sit on a bench in this bright room at your appointment time with a bunch of women, then this lady comes out with a clipboard and yells your name ( you feel like your in line for the military). Then they pile you in an elevator and drop you off in another open room that you need sunglasses bc it's so bright and now you are sitting in your robe in a room filled with men also. Some in robes and some in regular clothes. Bc it's so damn bright everyone feels awkward and it's not relaxing at all. Then your therapis not comes and calls your name and walks you through the halls of what looks like a hospital until you get to your room which looks even more like a hospital room. To top it off the rain showers, hot tub and co ed pool we're not working. Whoever put this spa together or is running it should be ashamed of their establishment. I have built spas from the ground up and they should be a place of relaxation, cleanliness, ambiance, and promote a feeling of wellness. I felt like I was in a mental hospital the whole time. The spa at the Carillon hotel (the old Canyon Ranch) down the street is so much better just for a suggestion. I will never ever go back to Lapis Spa. Everybody in that spa said the same thing.

Yesterday (7/29) was my first warm stone massage (I have has many standard massages) and I have to say that Sherie set the bar way high for all future massages! She answered every question I had about warm stone and the differences between this and a standard massage, she checked in often to make sure I was having a great experience, she asked questions about my activity level and aches and pains to customize her approach and delivered the best massage I have ever had. Sherie is a real asset to the Lapis Spa and someone you should request by name for your next massage.

This spa was disappointing. I frequent spas often and was very excited to try the spa at the Fountainbleu before I checked out of the hotel. I was charged $50 to use their ammentities all day which was wonderful! The girls working the robe and slipper counter were very helpful and sweet. All of that was great but the rest of the spa was terrible.
The spa is incredibly loud and the spa does not enforce any kind of spa etiquette. They have a "quiet" room which is in the middle of the pool deck with thin glass windows and was not quiet at all. Every 5 mins an employee would swing the door open and yell for people to come to their appointment.
The hot tub was loud and dirty around the outside with plastic cups and used cucumbers sitting there all day. The pool was loud and co-ed. The rain shower was nice but overall this "spa" seemed more like a loud Russian bathhouse. Great if that's what you're prepared for but not great if you're looking forward to a relaxing spa atmosphere.

Lovely spa experience. The rain room is fantastic and the steam room is on point. Top notch services, worth a visit for sure. A+

Super nice spa with private pool access etc. It is not place to only take massages, you can relax and swim at the indoor private pool, you don't need to put sun screen. Even enjoy by your self or with your GF.

very luxurious experience. you also get access to the pool area and, depending on the package, a meal included that was pretty decent. that being said, incredibly expensive. if you get the package, make sure to fully utilize it and spend the whole day using the amenities offered.

I had the most Wonderful experience. My massage was so calm, relaxing and absolutely amazing. The Therapist was such a sweetheart, she was very well trained and very good at her job. I felt at peace and the tranquility of the room was just right. I am still in awe, thank you LAPIS SPA. My Fontainebleau experience was just the birthday experience I needed. Thank you for making my birthday a absolutely beautiful experience. I will definitely be back again, until then #FontainebleauMiami #Happy #Blessed

Great spa. Many options without having to purchase a service. We utilize the spa on check out day to relax, shower and blow dry prior to heading to the airport. Had a great swedish massage last stay. Would recommend!
