I have been going to Maria for my hair cut and hair color since 2003. She is a true artist when it comes to hair and has always provided top notch service. Maria is always very reliable, professional, respectful of your time, fast, and her work is flawless. She is very easy to work with. She has been doing haircuts and hair color for a long time and it shows with her quick haircuts and amazing results. I would highly recommend Maria at the Tipsy Salonbar in Plantation.

I absolutely adore Vanessa! I was new to the area and in desperate need of a hair overhaul. In the past, when going from long to short hair, I was frequently presented with very nervous and hesitant stylists. This was not the case with Vanessa and served as such a refreshing change from the past. After listening to what I wanted, viewing the photos I brought along and evaluating my hair type, we were ready to go. This is also a refreshing change as I do not always feel heard by stylists when explaining exactly what I want, resulting in a disappointing experience. Vanessa has been a God send and I always look forward to seeing her. I’ve been getting my hair cut for the past 6 months and plan on continuing to see Vanessa indefinitely. She is the best!!

FACIAL: This Plantation location recently opened. I scheduled a facial and a microdermibration because of an upcoming party I was scheduled to attend. Worst facial experience EVER. I was so tense throughout the whole facial. Mind you, facials are supposed to be relaxing and successful towards better skin. She decided to give me a facial and a chemical peel intead of my request. She was not quiet for 1 second. Then she forced herself to do my eyebrows after I told her "no, I have an eyebrow artist" she insisted and did them. I was sooo upset, she reshaped them and left a whole in my right brow. She also left the chemical on my skin bc she didn't completely wash it off. So I have a burnt mark under my eye, lips and left bottom cheek area. TERRIBLE. I would NOT recommend getting a facial thereat least not with that older Peruvian lady. 😭😭😭 I spent $130 PLUS tip. I was given a free pedi for the inconvenience but I have a nail tech elsewhere.

I went had another appointment for my haur the next day. I went in there requesting a lighter color bc I was not happy about another salon's job. I walked out of there extremely happy with my hair. I WILL RECOMMEND EVERYONE THERE FOR HAIR. My observation was that ALL of their stylists are super talented. I will keep going there to do my hair. 😁😁😁

Ask for Elizabeth! If you're looking for a high-end, beautiful hair cut and / or color, Elizabeth at Tipsy Salon is your girl. She has many years experience, is a good listener and never leaves me disappointed. In fact, I won't let anyone else touch my hair. Her attention to detail and creative thinking really sets her apart from the rest--You're pretty much guaranteed great service and beautiful hair when you walk out!

Roxanne is the BEST. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair but her. Im always so pleased after my highlights are done. I don't let anyone touch my hair but her. I know I can always count on Roxanne to do an AMAZING job. Thank you!!! 🙂🙂🙂

I have been going to this salon for 8 years and they are the ONLY place I go to. I specifically go for Vanessa, who is not only extremely professional, but is also and expert at her craft. I have had long hair, short hair, extensions, and every color imaginable on my hair -- she always makes sure her work is perfect; and it is. I always get asked where I do my hair and if you want the best, go to Vanessa, you won't regret it. The staff is very friendly and the place is clean and organized. I recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for professionals and excellent work :)
