Best injection person Kristi.. no longer here. WHY??? This place has changed so much in last 2 years. And NOT for better. Have been a customer for long over 6-7 years, when they were a small family run business. Will take my business elsewhere. SO very disappointed

I went in for a Botox touch up for the lines between my eyebrows. . .instead Kathy injected with without my permission 24 cc of Dysport which hurt like hell!
Talked about Botox before the procedure. Unacceptable!response / report this review -

The staff at this lace is absolutely awful. The "manager" Dana is very rude and disrespectful. I had an appointment which was cancelled because the person doing the procedure was not in, no problem, I scheduled a new appointment. Once I was there, I was approached so many times by the employees trying to convince me of other services, it was very very annoying. Once I had the Botox I had movement in less than 2 weeks which is not the usual that happens to me so I call the spa and am told that I have to speak with Dana, I leave my name and number and she never calls me back. 2 days later I call and explained the situation, her response was "well baby, that can happen and maybe you did something or did not buy enough units" I have been doing Botox for 4 years now and normally always use the same amount so I know what it's supposed to look like, I explain that to her and her response is "I can't do anything, you have a problem, call your credit card company" and then she hung up. No good bye, no warning. What kind of manager does that?? I should have known because of the sleezy low class sales personality that she had that this would be the outcome. I drive there in person and am told she is not in, but on my way out I see her sitting on a concrete bench smoking a cigarette. Just awful. In conclusion, terrible customer service from the entire staff but seeing the lack of customer service and manners that the manager has I can see why. Stay away!

I really love this place! It's extremely clean, everyone is friendly and I particularly love the treatments that are available and how they are administered with precision and care. I highly recommend Image Med Spa!

I love this medical Spa I had a very calming experience while having my Botox procedure the staff is Marvelous. I have to say that Dana West is a spectacular and gorgeous individual she made my experience superb. I would recommend this spa to all my friends and family.
