We just purchased and had our pool installed by Landi, so let us start by saying, without a shadow of doubt, Landi is the BEST company we have worked with in many years! The owner Tom is just a phenomenal business owner and just a great person. His staff is also amazing to work with! EVERYONE there (including the installers and electricians who were absolutely fantastic) answers your phone calls, takes the time to explain/educate you on what you need to know when owning a pool. They offer extraordinary support, which you do not typically receive once the sale is made. We were nervous about the whole pool process as people say it's the worst process, but ours we met with nothing but a great experience from the start of the sale, to service, to installation; and even the after installation support has been top notch! Should you be hesitant on the pool process, do NOT be when dealing with Landi Pools! Thank you Landi and staff. You guys ROCK!

High high prices. Also employees are on top of you as soon as you walk in the door making looking around uncomfortable. Shock prices are high plus confusing as they sell many different types. I was not able to find a shock there with a good call hypo percentage in it. Tablets are also high and melt way to quickly. I'll be buying my chemicals elsewhere

Love Landi. Love ‘em. Their staff really guides you and will get your pool water crystal clear. I love the free testing they offer, I trust them and their equipment far more than any home test (I have trouble with the colors in the home tests!) plus I can get what I need right there while in the store. I like that I can buy exactly what I need in the measurements they give me - I don’t have a ton of room to keep around huge excess bags of chemicals. I appreciate I can just use the bag I buy because they come in different sizes. They have everything you need for pools, hot tubs; and tons of table games, in store, their sister store in Vineland, or helping you order what you need.
