The level of extreme professionalism Brian had during my entire case was second to none. Everything was handled with utmost consideration and all of my questions were answered thoughtfully, no matter how unintelligent they may have been for someone not accustomed to legal practices. I would highly recommend this firm not only for their integrity but also because they truly fight for their clients best interest and continue to do so even when your case is long over. Approximately one year after a hip replacement, I started experiencing what felt like random pain in that leg. As the surgery itself had been a total success it was hard to figure it's cause. Shortly after this I was notified I had a recipient of the DePuy implant, now being recalled.
At first low level and somewhat intermittent, it gradually began to seep into my day to day life and throughout the night. Anyone who has experienced on a pain on a chronic level, knows how humbling it can be.
Any prior experience I'd had with lawyers were those benchmarks of life such as buying a home, writing a willwhere it seemed I was paying someone to tell me where to sign..any other "experience" was from TV law shows or unfortunate commercials
In overwhelming majority, those I asked for "a name" cited Faraci Lang as "the best".
From my very first interaction, I was treated with respect and compassion. I was lucky enough to have Hadley Matarazzo & Stephen Schwartz representing me. In what eventually became 2 additional surgeries / 2 dislocations, they kept me abreast of what progress made, and even more gratefully, quick to translate that so that I could actually understand it.
I know that others had much more drawn out scenarios, much worse out comes.
