These guys are awesome!!!
So I finally found the sling that I had been looking for, for a long time. I ordered it from Coleman's. I get it and of course, my luck, the rubber band holding it rapped up has melted into the material and I can't scrape it off. Big bummer! I was thinking I was screwed. You know how these online companies are.
I called them, told them that my sling is damaged. I send in pictures of my receipt, the damaged item and product info. I heard nothing back from them. I called them to ask what the heck is going on. ??? They had already shipped me a replacement for the purchase. I was impatient as we all can be with something like this.
Keep up the good work guys. This is how customer service should be. Thanks guys! Ya'll rock.

Bought the French troop tent,took it on a fishing trip that nite we were beset with a major thunder storm,80mph straight line winds hail and torrential rain.that tent suffered through this and kept me completely dry,no water on the floor!!!and the ridge line was still straight as an arrow that morning God's honest truth.I strongly recommend this tent

Totally worth the drive. I picked up 2 Czech field desks this morning that I had pre-ordered. They were sitting waiting for me right inside the door. They're in excellent shape and will get used well. While we were there, my wife and I picked up a few other small goodies. The folks were friendly and they had a ton of stuff on the shelves. Remember though, call ahead if you see something on their website you like! They have a lot more in inventory than they can fit out on the floor.
