Received unpleasant customer service from the woman who does eyebrows & from the two men who work at Shiek's shoe store. Went in feeling good. Left out feeling disrespected, not sure why they acted the way they did. The woman at the beauty supply store was very helpful. Which was refreshing. However, I will return. First time going there in years, so maybe it was a bad day for the workers. I'll give it another shot.

Quiet mall full of great finds. Shoppers World has great deals and offers from kids to adult sizes. There are a least 2 play areas for rambunctious little ones. They have it decorated for Christmas and it's very inviting. Tons and tons of shoe stores! I couldn't even count how many shoe stores there were - at least 6. Great finds and quick trips at this quiet mall.

Close to home and has all of the necessities, without being overwhelming. The parking lot needs some work. I haven't decided if it was designed by ants or worms. A great place to shop for the holidays. There is always a place to park. I have used the valet as well.

I had a wonderful time that I spent at Eastland mall. I went to Kay jeweler to have rings inspected the sales man had a beautiful way if communication . We talked as if we knew each other. I was indeed in need of just communication with someone. Went to another jeweler down the hall same thing just good salesman. I give them a ten an to thumb's up.

This is a failing mall but I still like it. This place is rough and it's mostly clothing stores. They do have an excellent children's play area and lots of major retailers attached to it. I would recommend going there before school gets out.

This place is close by, but I would rather shop somewhere safer. I patronize the stores around the mall a lot. It's in a good location.

All the stores have kinda the same things. Nail salons are high in price but they're good quality work. There's only two places to get something to eat at. But overall I would go back

For many years, Eastland was one of the fun places to hang out and shop in the Grosse Pointe/Harper Woods/St. Claire Shores area, but unfortunately the times have changed and Eastland is fading fast. Years of neglect and economic pressures have taken their toll. All that being said, there's a Lowe's, Home Depot, and Target, which continue to bring shoppers to the area.

Been coming here for years. Lot of stores moved out. Quiet, not like it use to be, which was overly crowded. Not many stores now, but still a pleasant place to shop with good deals

Growing up in the early '90s, this mall was the place to be. It had something for everyone. It had a movie theater, a full food court with more than just 3 restaurants, and it was just full of life and characters. Now it's just dead, and almost every summer we hear something about someone getting shot or shot at there. I haven't been there in 7 years, and it doesn't look like it's going to change.

Four stars locality, it's within walking distance. With closing of Macy's, the anchor store, the mall seems to have lost its luster.

Unfortunately it has fallen from greatness. As a child with my mother and eventually as a young man on my own many a hard earned dollar was spent at this wonderful shopping center. But as all good things must come to an end so has this mall. As the "Great Recession" impacted the nation like a giant wave it took a heavy toll on this mall and its surrounding neighborhood.

I like this mall because its never crowded. I can enjoy my time there without feeling a need to rush because its too many people.

Still a decent place. However it's in decline. The Macy's store recently closed. This mall will probably last another 5 years before it closes.

I walked into Brooks Brothers asking for a Classic white shirt, I was told by the salesman to go to Burlington Coat Factory or K &G. If I wanted that, that's where I would have went! Why would a salesman at a top quality store suggest you go to a store of less quality! Service was poor, felt somewhat discriminatory, felt like he just wanted us to leave.
