Worst service ever! If you pay for a table your suppose to have a good view of the concert. Well turns out security does nothing if the people invade your area. They say they can't control the crowd (basically cannot do what they are paid for). So don't pay for VIP tables not worth it! Security, management, and the promoters Tapia are a piece of garbage! And also the groups they promise don't even make it to the venue! Don't make people pay for something you can't commit to.

I was there for the Sarge's "Meet & Greet" (M&G) for families of Sailors graduating from the nearby Navy Recruit Training Command. The M&G venue was not of a fine dining area like the opening picture above depicts. However, it was more like I expected and had hoped fora comfy relaxed setting. The room was like a western bar with stage, bar, regular and barstool style tables, and dance floor. I enjoyed it. And the Sarge was a great guy that does a lot for our country's newest U.S. Navy Sailors. The parking lot could be re-paved tho. 😞

The ground floor is not good, but the banquet room upstairs is lovely. Pretty chandeliers and really big.

Horrible place, had an event where they ran out of parking and had cars parked everywhere. There were no signs to show where cars should be parked and then they had multiple cars towed away and people where left stuck in the rain.
The inside was extremely packed and once you were inside you weren't allowed to leave or you couldn't get back in.
There was multiple fights, and the staff was absolutely terrible. Nothing was coordinated.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.!!!
If I could give this place zero stars I would.

I called to get information on this place. The "Contact Us" option on the page doesn't work. Says "Fail to send message. Contact by a different Method". Tried emailing. As of 12/30, I still haven't gotten a response. I sent another email to follow up. NOTHING. I called and left a message and again NOTHING. Called again today 01/14 and NOTHING. does that mean you guys don't care much for anyone's business?
