My wife and I have Hunter Douglas shades throughout our home installed by Windows and More several years ago and they still look new and are very attractive. The reason for this posting is that yesterday 6/12 I had something special and positive in my opinion happen with Windows and More in Osage Beach and I want to tell about it. I had a Duette power window shade stuck in the up position, I went to the store, described my problem to the owner. He took the time and was patient even though other customers came in to the store. I was given a part for repair and told how to repair the shade and with his help the shade operates like new again.
