Not planning on staying here again. We were given a handicap room, and the shower was awful. It was too small and the floor got soaking wet when you use it. Unfortunately, we were already settled into the room before discovering the shower problem. The beds were also very bouncy. The room was clean at least.
Also, don't bother with the buffet breakfast. They couldn't keep enough food in stock for the demand. It also costs $9 p/person.
For what I paid for one night ($169), I'm definitely going to look for another option in the Winter Haven area.response / report this review -

Very clean, nice staff. Bed skirts and drapes remind me of the Golden Girls TV show. Mattress was dated as well.

Great hotel but small tv and no usb ports on the tv also power outlets night stand are behind I like when they have them on the light itself. The food at hotel is not cheap and fish and chips made me not feel well at all stay away for 16.00 could grab a good steak.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Legoland. The hotel is central to everything! Starbucks, Walmart, and just about every restaurant you can think of are all within 2-5 min from here. Legoland isn't even 10 minutes away. The hotel rooms are nice with a bright decor but what really sold me was the customer service we received!! At check in the front desk clerk was very sweet & very helpful! My son had a dairy allergy & on 2 different occasions, in the hotel restaurant, the staff went above & beyond to make sure that his food was safe for him to eat. As a mom, that's priceless to me! I would gladly stay here again!

Great place to stay! Everything is very clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly! You have to checkout Cafe Blu while you are here too. The food is great, and they are more than hospitable even close to closing time.

Big clean room & bathroom, really comfortable beds, perfect temperature control in the room, wonderful staff, good food and service in the breakfast buffet. This was just what we needed to get some rest and comfort while packing up our house to move out of state!

Great holiday inn. The bar was great, and the breakfast Buffett was good. Comfy beds and pillows is a definite plus as well.

With the price they charge, other will include breakfast and newer room. Can do some updates, when you first walk into the room that smell, like a meal mildew change carpet redo the bathroom change the bedding

Nice clean hotel, but the mattresses are extremely uncomfortable. Both my wife and I woke up with back aches.
