Verynice place and owners are good nice people. Rooms are clean love the indoor pool and slide. Good rates and breakfast in the morning. Mini golf and playground for kids.

We booked here because they had awesome reviews. We are pretty easy to please, as we travel a lot. The owners and workers were great. The bed was ok. But it was dirty and the breakfast? You had to basically make yourself. Do not advertise hot breakfast if you don't have it. The lack of cleaning here is what turned me off though.

Very clean rooms with super comfortable beds,great indoor and outdoor pool with water slides,great breakfast,friendly helpful owners and staff!Highly recommend this hotel!!!! Update: Sept 2017 The owners are great caring people.My daughter left her stuffed bear there by accident.I called and they tracked it down then mailed it to us along with another new stuffed animal :)Was very happy with our stay as well this time.If your looking for a great place to stay this is the place!

This is the best place ever for families with kids or just anyone. Slides, playground and activities are awesome and owners are wonderful. The place is immaculate and the beds are queens and so comfortable and the breakfast is great!!! We definitely plan on coming back and making this an annual mini vacation!!!

We had a great time at this hotel. The pools were great and the water slides were a blast. We spent so much time in the pool that we didn't get around to the other activities such as, mini golf, shuffleboard, bean bag toss, and the playground, but everything looked very well maintained. The owners love her and do have a boxer that greets you at the front door occasionally so you might skip this one if you're scared if dogs, but he's used to people coming and going so he is super chill. I plan on staying here if I'm ever in Osage Beach again.

Unbelievable experience! Our teenage kids were so impressed & excited about the mini-golf course, basketball court, bags & shuffle board. We played every night! The owners couldn't of been more accommodating & nice. The hotel was so clean. We will definitely be back!!

Wow. Wow. Wow! From the minute we pulled in, the kids (ages 9-16) were excitedpassing by the shuffle board and mini golfthen by the merry go rounds/playground and the caged basketball courtwe were so pleasantly surprised!!! Then, the pools and amazing indoor AND outdoor slidesand the wonderful breakfastwe were blown away! My 9-yr-old son said, "Wow! I can't believe we get to stay in this nice of a place!" (And he has typically stayed in Hilton hotelslolthrough the eyes of a child, this place is perfect!) My "Hilton-only" husband actually enjoyed it as well, seeing the children have so much fun and excitement. The SUPER-sweet hotel owners are involved in running the hotel, so they run a tight shipand the hotel was pleasantly clean. Plus, they LOVE to see the kids have fun and enjoy having families. We never felt like our children were a bother to the staff. The hospitality and amenities will keep us coming back for mini getaways with the kids!

Front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was very clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. The hotel is definitely older, but seems well maintained. Avoid room 110, however. We were first placed in that room, but had to move to a room upstairs due to mildew in 110. The upstairs room was much better.

My family had a great stay. All the staff was very friendly and hospitable, even Duke. The breakfast was awesome! It was a great value and I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

A great deal in the perfect location! Friendly service. Nice clean rooms, so many amenities! The best mom and pop joint I've ever stayed at! Great breakfast, fun playground for the kids, indoor and outdoor pools and waterside, with 2 hottubs!

The Lake House Motel is one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. The grounds are immaculate and the inside is cheerful and bright. People are nice, friendly and helpful. We loved our stay there.
