Nice clean and comfortable room. Staff was very friendly. Only complaint, no elevator.

The bed was very comfortable. I have stayed there a few times because thats where my job puts me up at. I know that they are going to remodel this winter but have had issues with something every time.

Walked into room upon check in to find Trail mix scattered all over the floor. There was no trash can in the bathroom. Call front office told we would have to bring up the issues with the manager when he came on duty. He was not there the entire weekend. Waiting for call from the division manager.

I gave it a 4 based on location, those working here and room size. It is a 2 story with no elevator and a very long building. It almost looks as if they added on as business picked up.
2 pools 1 inside and 1 out. Both pools are very big and well maintained. The spa which is inside wasn't working during my stay late Aug 2017.
King rooms are very large with 2 chairs and 32in flat screen, microwave that popcorn actually turned in, mini fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom is pretty small but you don't spend that much time there anyway. Kind of musty smelling but for the price, location near everything I'll stay again.response / report this review -

Its affordable, and very close to tourist spots. Nice hot breakfast, the two pools are well maintained. Only thing is the hot tub is not very hot.

We where given a second floor hotel room, and not informed there was no elevator and the place is a maze, we werent the only ones walking around confused, looking for our rooms and or an elevator. Room is great size, clean, but the a.c. unit is way to small for a room that size with 3 adults. Clean, good service, needs an update an overhaul.

I feel like I slept on a pool table last night. Get some more comfortable beds so people will want to return. They are marked off our list.

Not a bad place. Definitely nice for the price. Clean, simple accommodations. Tub didn't drain my only complaint. Simple but good breakfast. Have waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, and pastries.

Stayed in this hotel for a convention going on at Lodge of The Four Seasons. Loved the staff and the morning breakfast. We were all satisfied with the fact that we also had a smoking room that didn't reek of cigarettes when we walked in. Thanks everyone!

They were cool with us checking in late. The lady was suuuupper nice. Room is big. Beds are comfy. But there's a doritos bag behind the lamp stand between the beds and there are poop streaks in the stool. We only need a place to sleep for the next 8 hours. We can manage.

The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Place was quite keep in mind it was off season for the lake. Downside was the pillows were small and no water pressure in the shower due to the cheap shower head. Out side of the building could use some maintenance seen some rusty doors.

The rooms where not messy and the beds were really comfortable. The pool and game room was fun to swim/play in with friends and family. There wasn't any disturbance while we were trying to sleep, and there was a pretty good selection of t.v channels. And the food that they provided to us was very good.
