Beautiful and fairly priced. There is a swimming pool, work out room, boat docks, BBQ pits & the new owners are super nice. I always have a pleasant stay there, highly recommend this Resort

To be honest this was one of the most uncomfortable places I've ever stayed. We were a party of 4.
Could have been nice with some upgrades to the beds. Guessing, they were at least 20yrs old. I had to sleep on the love seat in living room.
The carpet was so dirty and coming apart. If walking on it it felt stickey,had to wear shoes at all times
Nice surrounding outside but was disappointed. They owner of this must improve and update.

I've traveled all over the world and I got to tell you this is one of my very favorite!! The rooms or condos ( I've stayed in both) are extremely clean, the new owners are fabulous, you wont want to leave it just feels like home . I can't say enough about Bryan and Jen they are just fabulous folks young aggressive customer oriented just a wonderful bright spot on the lake .I highly recommend it if you're looking for a place to stay on the lake this is it!! great price great people great accommodations I just can't say enough good things about it!! Brian andJen go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and are extremely comfortable.They bend over backwards to take care of the guest! On a scale from 1 to 5 they get a 10

The owner was very nice. If you are looking to get away this is the place. It was very quiet and relaxing. Great room set up. The beach house has a nice little kitchenette. I would recommend to family and friends to stay here.

Still my favorite place on Lake of the Ozarks. It is incredibly affordable, has its own docks to rent when you visit, and there is some incredible crappie fishing right off the docks if you don't have a boat with you. The owners are incredibly friendly and are always willing to answer questions. If you are looking for a place to stay for a big tournament out of State park or PB2 this is the place!

It was a perfect place for a get away! We had a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a large kitchen! Everything we needed was offered! It was very affordable! Our kids loved it! There's a pool and playground right there and within close driving distance to anything you'd want to do! We will definitely be back!!

My family and I loved our stay at Kapilana Resort this past weekend. We rented a 3BR 2BA lakefront condo for 3 nights, and all of our accommodations were wonderful. The condo was very well-kept, clean, and was lovely. The pool area is great, & we spent a lot of time there, and our condo's walk-out balcony was a favorite spot to sit, relax, and watch the boats, ducks, fish, etc. One of the most relaxing places I have ever stayed. The owners were extremely helpful and nice, and they bent over backwards to make our stay even better. Thank you for a great stay! It was a memorable vacation, and we plan to return again & stay here in the future!

Brought the family here for the weekend and just checked out. I have to say the overall experience was nice. The rooms were nice and big and spotless which is great. The pictures posted were the actually rooms. No bait and switch like most places. The owners were very nice and helpful. The only problem I have which stopped me from giving 5 stars was the veiw. We expected to have a lake veiw but all we got to see was a bunch of boat docks from the bottom floor. So if you want to sit on the balcony and look at the lake stay on one of the upper floors. Also the bathtub didn't have any adhesives on it and our son slipped and got hurt pretty bad so I advise stopping at a dollar store and bringing a bath mat with you. Overall though a wonderful time at a great rate. I will definitely be bringing the family back in the future.

Been here several times and the rooms have been perfectly clean and fresh every time. Have easy access to the water for boating and fishing. We especially like how close we are to the entertainment clubs and restaurants. Perfect.
