Went with my little.girls on the forth neither swim kids pools where ice cold. And signs says kids needs to be supervised at all time wife went to go on kids climber and was told she wasn't allowed on there. Make up you mind if you want parents to watch their kids let them do it. Then went into the main pool where it was warm but whistles shorty came after we got in and we where told the kids have to get out ever if they are in our arms. When last year we where allowed to get on kids stuff with our child and they where allowed in the main pool when adult where in there as long as we held them. Waste of money new rules that where not disclosed in ad for this year or now being enforced. The "manager" said I'm sorry for your disappointment and then went on to a load of garbage excuses. I understand why people get their own pools.

The life guards do not pay attention, god forbid someone was drowning, and the staff was very rude!!!!! When I went to the manager (at least I thought she was) about one of the lifeguards she literally yelled at me and made me feel like I was in the wrong. Very unhappy with the service. And also don't come here unless you like getting kicked and splashed by little kids even during adult time.

Been going here the past three years. Hockey rink is awesome. Needs an upgrade, however this place is the most zen place in NE Ohio. Very relaxing with lots to do.

It's a great place, but when I called to ask about one day pool passes I was told I would have to buy myself a pass to take my kids in swimming. My kids are too young to be swimming on their own, so I would be watching them and not actually swimming on my own. And for that I would have to buy myself a pass as well. I'm not paying $16 for them and $10 for me just to supervise them. I'm glad I called first. we will be going to the beach instead, and won't be using the Y this summer period.

My grand children play soccer on Saturdays and I have never been disappointed by the facilities.

The facility is beautiful and the staff is pretty great too. We have had so many special times there and watching our kiddos learn to swim and become more confident has been priceless. Miss Becky is so friendly, but also ensures everyone is safe and paying attention. Thank you for all the wonderful memories your pool has helped us make this summer.
