Kind, caring, great prices, all smiles! Took care of my pet with TLC!
Spent most my time with the tech, would expect the vet to come explain the risk vs benefits of services offered.
Especially if I'm going to receive a bill over $300 for an initial visit.
I've had a home vet for years he was really good at presenting unbiased information and letting me make a informed decision.
Very friendly staff. Have been great with my cats, ferrets, and rats.
This Animal Hospital is now my permanent vet. Their pricing is extremely Affordable, with a wide range, of services including emergencies care and even emergencie sugeries. Plus to my surprise, they even treat Exotics as well as pocket pets. The doctors and staff are genuinely compassionate and knowledgeable. To my amazement the doctor we saw was not out to nickle and dime us. She was honest and said, "I don't feel we need blood work and xrays at this time." She was right. After starting his medication, Jerry's symptoms improvemed. The previous Vet hospital I left always wanted xrays and blood work no matter what his symptoms were. This is one of the best Veterinary care places my babies and I have had the pleasure to experience.
The area is pretty rundown, and the facade leaves a lot to be desired, but the staff is very kind and knowledgeable. They seem to truly care about your pet.
This was our first time seeing Dr. Jones and she wonderful. She took care of our baby as if she was one of her own. We highly recommend Dr. Lisa Jones and her staff to take care of your 4 legged family and friends.
The doctors (I had Dr. Jones) themselves seem knowledgable and have great conduct but the desk staff there is anything but. Found out my cat has a UTI and was waiting for a call back and finally giving up, I called back again to be told 2 voice messages were left. Eh? I had my phone the entire time and had no missed calls. Confirmed that the number was correct when I went in, so what happened? Balls get dropped which isn't a big deal in the long run but here is why I will NEVER RETURN:
When I took my cat in to get the antibiotic shot, at no point did anyone tell me what was the antibiotic being used, what dosage, what side effects, or what warning signs to look for. A tech confirmed my cat's name and took her to the back and then dropped her off in the lobby a few minutes later and booked it. I had to call her back to get the name of the antibiotic but the entire staff demeanor clearly indicated they wanted to lock up to go home. So now I get to Google the antibiotic and take her to another vet to get checked up.
If you're looking for simple grooming, this place is probably acceptable but for any health issues, I'd TAKE YOUR PET SOMEWHERE ELSE.
