I was with Huffards for 15 years with 2 dog's when I would call about 1 of my dog's they always new me by name expertly for Rex. When Rex passed in 2014 the whole office an Dr McCarthy were there for us,then we lost Sophie, November 2017 everyone was there for us again. If ever I get another dog Huffards will be my vet the staff an doctors are great.

The staff, vets, and techs are some of the most compassionate, caring and skilled professionals I have ever met. I will never take any of my pets anywhere else. Every doctor I've met has been amazing, and they treat your fur-person as if it were their own. Best veterinary place in Anne Arundel County.

Gigster, my Bichon, has been going to Grooming by Julie for several years now and Julie and her staff are excellent. My boy comes home looking handsome and never stressed out like he use to at other places.

Not inexpensive but excellent service and support for my service dog Murphy. Very attentive to detail and they asked all the important questions. I'm very experienced with my service dog and they were flexible enough to let me help.

What a delightful place. My sister recommended me coming to see Dr. Goldman what good care he gave to my Coco. Dr. Goldman took his time and explained everything in great detail. Happy Happy Joy Joy !!!

Nursing/desk staff are nice and helpful. Veterinarians work well with the cats we take there. Have used their boarding services a few times without issue. Only small complaint is that it's always about 30-40 min after scheduled appointment time that we're finally escorted to an exam room for the yearly checkups.

I left my cat Blackie at Huffard Animal Hospital for 2 nights while I went on a short vacation. They checked his medical records, he has asthma, so they put him on the hospital side. I gave them his medicine . They asked the times he needed to take them. I also toke his can and dried food and gave that to them. They also asked me for emergency number, so they could contact me if they needed too. This made me feel very comfortable
leaving him there because they asked all of these important questions. I feel as if they really care for the animals.Iresponse / report this review -

We have taken our dog there for years and have seen most of the doctors and all of them have been great. All of the staff are very nice and care about our pet.

This is a very nice hospital and boarding location. The staff is quite friendly and the place is spotlessly clean. If you board for more than a couple days your dog gets a free wash and nail trim. I never had to wait very long to get in for an appointment. This hospital has a small town feel in a metropolis community

I can not say enough wonderful things about Huffard. I have been bringing my Yorkie there since 2013 and have been very pleased with the staff. Dr Gray is simply the best and I would not trust anyone else. That's why when I recently got a new puppy I didn't hesitate one bit to have Dr Gray be his vet as well. She really takes the time to get to know you and your furry children and provides generous advice and puts you at ease with any questions you may have. I will say that I once had a skin issue with my Yorkie and I called Huffard and received a same day appointment with another vet in the practice, unfortunately I don't remember her name but she was also very sweet and promised to update Dr gray the next day. The very next day Dr Gray called me herself to check in on my handsome boy. That's rare these days and speaks volumes about how much Huffard really cares. I also would highly recommend their Grooming Department. miss Julie does a wonderful job.

Dr. McCafferty was fantastic with our cat Houdini. They were all very nice and the price was lower than expected. I felt they really had heart and care for your fur baby. We will definitely be bringing our animals here. Thanks again.
