LabCorp is located on the second floor , there's 2 ways up , elevator and stairs , 2 electronic sign in kiosk on the right side as soon as you walk in which require an ID/DL to be scanned

This was actually my second time going and each time I have had really good customer service from the receptionist and from the MA drawing my blood. I had a choice to go to a different location but decided this one because everyone is friendly and the facility is always clean.

Sat at the Stone Oak Pkwy location close to opening so I could be in and out, they found out the materials weren’t in stock for the testing at their location after I waited awhile and called ahead for me to come to this Toepperwein location. When I arrived and informed them Stone Oak called ahead for me so I wouldn’t wait behind a line of people again I got brushed off and made to sit in line regardless. Completely bogus and lack of care for the situation and my time as well after visiting multiple locations at no fault of my own.

Staff is completely unfocused on their job. They talk constantly to each other about their home life and are the least productive people I have ever seen. Looks like they need a manager to manage their staff and operation.

Arrived for a blood test without an appointment. They drew blood as needed on the first try. I was in and out in under 45 minutes.

Had an appt for 11am and arrived at 10:50. When I made the appt online I provided the info required to "speed up the check-in process". At 11:15 I checked the sign in sheet and found that the clerk had marked through mine. I asked her about it and she said I didn't have an appt. I provided my confirmation number and she actually told me I didn't complete the process. What??? I told her a confirmation number indicates the appt is confirmed. After she and the other clerk mumbled about it she said I'm not in the system and there were no orders from my doctor. Wrong again. They had been faxed and I saw them the day prior when I came in without appt. Hmmshe found them in the filing cabinet. She mumbled some more and then very condescendingly said she would honor it and get me in as soon as she could. Really? By now I'm ticked off badly so I thanked her and sat back down. Then when I got called back, there was a wrapper from the previous patient on the arm rest where I was told to sit. The radio was very loud with some annoying music. The phlebotomist hurt me badly with the needle, and put the sterile gauze for after the draw on the unsterile arm rest. All in all this was a bad experience. I have to use LabCorp because my insurance says I do or I would not go back. Please act on these issues.

Put on a disguise before you come here. The receptionist at the window will very loudly tell you very personal, humiliating things about your test, and the entire waiting room will hear it. It's extremely embarrassing to have the entire room hear her screaming about how you should collect your "STOOL SPECIMEN" and then "TAKE THE LITTLE SPORK THING AND SCOOP IT INTO THE LITTLE JAR, BUT DON'T GET ANY POOP ON YOUR HANDS. WASH THEM RIGHT AWAY IF YOU GET POOP ON YOUR HANDS". Also the guy at the other window right next to me was there with his stool sample, and I know this because the other lady loudly asked him if he had it with him.

I was handed a large paper bag full of things to take home, and I did the walk of shame down the aisle, and to the elevator. I'm dreading returning to this place.

I was a walk-in and I got there at nine and left by like 9:30. People were courteous and it all went smoothly. Very happy with the overall trip.

I got there at 7 am and was out by 7:15 am. The ladies were nice and did a great job even though my blood draw was a stubborn one. I didn't have an appointment.

I walked in signed in there were literally 3 people there but nobody ever went to the back? The time I got here was 3:30 pm and I still am in the waiting room right now it is 4:15 pm

I've read some of the negative reviews and I was reluctant to use this one but it was the closest one. I had no issues. Had an 11:45 appointment for routine blood work and was out by noon.

Does anybody work here? People including myself waiting and waiting and waiting for blood draws? Again I'm still wondering if anyone works here? I know they charged over 300.00 for my blood draw so who are they paying if nobody comes to draw blood?
