These people play games I call to oder a walker Dr say I need it my bones break very easy he the (Dr) is afaid I may fall and hurt myself March 2017 i send them the paper work every time I call them is a different story like bunch of young kids playing around is now Aug 11 2017 a young ladies by the name of Angela so she say say she can't help me because I didn't remember the name of the empolyee I talk to on Aug 10 2017 i call my insurance no one has call them for the order I wanted to talk to the owner she hang up the phone I don't think Angela paid the bill at Bexar care medical supply if u call don't take there word call someone else or keep calling

My experience at Bexar Care Home Medical was very pleasant. I was welcomed and helped by the front desk staff. They were awesome and helped me find information to get my grandmother the equipment she needed. The delivery guys promptly brought out the equipment from the warehouse and thoroughly went over the features. They were even kind enough to load the equipment in my vehicle. Where's the 10 star option on here? These guys went above and beyond. Would gladly recommend to my family and friends.

This place will have a falling out with an insurance company and repossess medical equipment that is still under rental by insurance including hospital beds, wheelchairs, o2 concentrators and even a bedside toilet that was already paid for They dont care if you die and do not allow time to get replacementAnd if you're not home for them to get your items (because you were in the hospital), you can come home to find a note on your door saying they will report the equipment stolen. I can understand issues with insurance but how can you operate a business this way?

Only going with this pharmacy because I have to. At this point I will go into labor before I get what I need from them. Mario is a horrid individual who obviously hates his job. His customer service is always absent. Waste of my time and my doctor's office staff time.

The worst experience ever please people go elsewhere! They tried giving my Mother used items when the insurance pays for new! They were trying to charge me for an item that was paid for by the insurance. I had to be calling them everyday to get her wheelchair and transform board if not I probably would still be waiting! And when we got to her incontinence care they kept saying the Dr.fax wasn't legible! I just decided to find a new place a start the process again I don't care if I have to wait just as long as I don't have to deal with Bexar Care for ANYTHING!

Wish there was a no star review. If you have any choice go somewhere else. Terrible customer service. Be your own best advocate, as their employees are totally worthless for support of the patient. Money and screwing insurance company's is what they are all about.
An older gentlemen was in same time as I was he need a shower chair they told him $174.00 same chair at home depot for $38.00. This place is a total rip off . DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Horrible customer service. And the operations manager and supposed owner seems to have a superiority complex. The nicest way to describe him without cussing is world class jerk. After a week of trying to get my husband's necessary equipment we got nowhere and this with us having to do all their work for them. Trying to charge a deductible without even filing the claim to which there was no deductible. This even after the insurance company told them there was none. Refused to provide information to the insurance company and my husband. Then tried to provide used equipment while the insurance company was paying for new equipment.
