Dr. Ross has done a wonderful job treating my son for acne. She and the entire staff are very thorough in making sure that he is taking Accutane exactly as directed. Wait times for our visits have been minimal and we get our prescriptions very quickly and at the absolute best price. The results have been outstanding thus far, so I would highly recommend Dr. Ross and her team!

I've been going to Dr. Ross and her fine staff for 15 years. Every month I alternate between a chemical peel and microdermabrasion, people my not compliment my my hair or clothes but they always upon meeting me tell how beautiful my skin is. I tell them my secrets is my dermatologist Kim Ross and the skin care she offers.

Amy, the new esthetician. is awesome! She took the time to listen to my needs and put together a plan for my skin care and improvement. I plan to see her regularly. I highly recommend her and Dr. Ross!

Dr. Ross has been my dermatologist for 10 plus years. She's very hands on, and knowledgeable about the newest cosmetic skin treatments available. I trust her completely and continue to recommend her to all of my family members and friends. Her office is extremely business because of the great care, and attention they receive from Dr. Ross and her compassionate staff. I highly recommend her.

My entire family have been patients of Dr. Ross' for over 10 years. Every time we visit, the staff is extremely friendly and professional. Have we ever had to wait? Of course! It's a busy doctors office and sometimes patients take longer than what was originally planned. I haven't been to a doctors office in the last 5 years that I didn't have some sort of a wait. Dr. Ross is a compassionate, incredibly qualified Dermatologist and I wouldn't go to anyone else! I highly recommend her!

I was NOT AT ALL SATISFIED! Dr. Davis didn't even care to ask when the condition started or what not to use so my psoriasis won't flare up or come back. Then on top of that he didn't even say thanks for coming in or if I have any other questions for him. He just walked out like he just went to get something when really he just went to see another patient. Which I thought was very rude and not even considering the fact that I'm a private pay I got no insurance he just took my money and spit in my face. Oh and another thing the staff still hasn't even send my prescription to the pharmacy. Please DON'T COME HERE

Very thorough Doctor - Dr. Ross took the time to listen to me Unlike the last dermatologist I saw! ! I appreciated her honesty and was able to diagnose a pre cancer cell that no one else took the time to see. Highly recommend !

Dr. Kim Ross' office has terrible consideration for their patient's time. My first time there I was not seen until 30-40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. My second follow-up appoint was rescheduled twice. They called to cancel and choose a different date. This is very inconsiderate, I had already requested off work before. Not to mention I have to get lab work done before I go in for my appointment so it affects my schedule two times.
Dr. Ross is pleasant, it's just unfortunate that their lack of time and scheduling consideration trumps it. If this continues I will be forced to seek another dermatologist.response / report this review -

Failed to do a biopsy on a skin lesion my mom had which turned into cancer. She just prescribed a $200 tube of cream for a year. Thankfully another doctor who was in for Dr. Ross as a back-up caught it. The first thing he asked when he saw the lesion was has a biopsy been done? Big failure on her part.
