Great rooms and friendly staff. The showers leak out of the tub because the curtains are short, but they leave plenty of towels. Right off of the interstate is a plus.

Manager very friendly and helpful, clean hotel and room, full hot breakfast, waffles, sausage, eggs, biscuits and the Continental items also. Real easy access to I-295 and only 1.5 miles north of I-10.
King suite was clean and bed was comfortable, separate sitting area was comfy, bathroom was roomy Good hot shower. We stayed 3 nights and had no issues.

Had a slumber party for my niece 10th birthday terrible idea..

Ok, upon entering, I waited in the lobby 10 minutes to check-in. To make it worse, I was the only customer to be waited on. bummer

The room assigned was right in front of the front desk. The attendant working the desk made uncomfortable stares each time a parent came to our room. Then calls and says, 'you are over capacity, if there are any disturbances, I'll have to put you out'. Really, with 6 little girls! The room was a queen twin bed residential suite, we had sleeping room for the girls.

The room was very tiny and stuffy The air conditioner was working but the room needed a filter or something. It was difficult to breathe..

We went to the pool and came back to the office for towels, the clerk said, they didn't have 5 towels for me. I needed to wait until the towels dried in the dryer. I have 6 girls mind you, everyone had to share the 3 towels from the room, AND TAKE A SHOWER WITH NO CLEAN TOWELS. I waited 45minutes before I received towels by that time, I did not need them.

I will NOT go back or recommend anyone to. Horrible experience that we tried to make the best of

Location was a bit odd. It's hidden behind another hotel. Front desk was friendly. Coffee was empty. Conference room was very comfortable. Not too cold. Recommend it for meetings thst are not large.

Ok, I am mixed on this place. Breakfast was good (comes with room). Typical waffle maker, yogurt, cereal, sausage, potato stuff. Nothing pre-packaged that you can creep for later unless you crave butter. Room itself was fine, but, it appears there is a motion sensor that triggers the air to come on. It did not trip when we entered the room, and it took the one employee who was understandably busy checking others in about 45 minutes to come up and fix it. In the meantime, everyone was extremely uncomfortable. It made for a later night than was needed.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

The room was clean and comfortable, however the mattress was a little too soft. The breakfast was very nice and offered a lot of variety, my favorite was that I could make my own waffle.

Had a 2 night room reserved. Drove in 4th of July holiday traffic for 13hrs. Got to the hotel at midnight. "I'm sorry sir, your reservation was cancelled".. This place only cares about the $$!! F$#k the customer! Don't bother spending your money on this place.. Yes, I had to sleep in my car.

We stayed two nights in one of their hot tub rooms. The first night was a bit rough because we had a.c. trouble. As soon as we told Mrs.Pamela she sent the manager to come and fix it right away. Nice rooms, clean, and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing that would have made this stay better is if the water would have been hotter. Overall a nice place to stay!
