They are racist to black men, the lady named Jenn, also the elevator door would open and I was trapped on 2 did occasions during my 4 day stay. Ceiling was flooding in room and in lobby and I asked to be moved but was denied since it was my last day staying. Even had a phone that didn't work. If I hadn't spent more time away from the hotel, this experience would have ruined my vacation

Hot breakfast was cold with stale bread. Water temp fluctuated. Room air did not work properly and was room was too hot. Carpet was dirty. Denied AAA discount at checkin because the room was already discounted??? We were told we could get a points credit for having so many issues, however that has not happen. Customer satisfaction has not responded with a resolution to my email concerning the issues we had. Will not recommend.

This was a nice hotel. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Glad I wasn't the one driving to it, as I never would have found it. They said at the desk that there isn't a shuttle to the airport, but their services book said there was We ended up taking a Lyft, which was about $30. Plan accordingly.

This place is not deserving of the Holiday Inn logo. What a dump! We had reservations to stay 4 nights starting Dec 30th. Ended up leaving after the first night. We complained about what smelled like weed smoking on the fourth floor. Later on we smelled cigarette smoking downstairs. There were flies (dead and alive) in the room. The place looks like it needs maintenance. I've attached a couple of pictures. When we canceled and checked out, no one at the front desk asked why.

Quick and easy. Needed a place for a stay over after 15hr drive. Glad the room was warm and not freezing like a few other places I stayed during my road trip.

Breakfast was great, get there early before the kids wakes up and just run a muck

Our stay was nice overall. The lady at the front desk was friendly and fast. Our room was nice and in good condition. We left too early to experience the breakfast.

    Yeah?NOT!!!
If you like the constant noise of the freeway din all night long, then this place is just your cup of tea. Truck convoys through the frwy corridor are non stop( no double paned windows here.)
Also if you enjoy waiting 20 minutes every night to enter your suite because the key won't let you in and you have to return to the lobby, wait for the staff to rekey your entryGreat!
I took a shower only to find the carpet in the suite was drenched.
Oh, I almost forgot the general upkeep of this hell hole has been forgotten in time. SHABBY( definitely not chic)
Pay a little more and you'll get so much more bang for your buck elsewhere.

It would have been nicer if we had known at checkout that the pancake machine was out of service and there would be no milk at breakfast. With three small children and pancakes and cereal the only thing they will eat at hotel breakfast (let's be honest, hotel eggs leave much to be desired) we were left with having to pony up extra money at a local restaurant for breakfast. Making your clients aware is a part of customer service. At the pool, there were no towels in the towel bins. When we went out for dinner, we watched a housekeeper pour a whole bucket of mop water at the door onto the sidewalk. Which I thought was lazy and certainly a dangerous situation as soapy water is slippery.

Now the good, the rooms were nice and comfortable.

You don't get what you pay for here. Room was overpriced. The ac unit was sitting on rotting wood. Tile in the bathroom was broken and needed repair. Water pressure was a joke. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable! We stayed at a lower end hotel in the Springs and the bed was amazing. The refrigerator was unplugged when we got there and it took hours to cool down. For over 200 a night go down the street to the Hyatt.

Was charged on my personal credit card for the room despite the booking (and card provided) through my company. Graffiti had been brushed off the back of both stainless steel elevator doors in a roughly rectangular pattern. Staff was marginally helpful. Breakfast items were depleted by 7am. It is nice that the light rail stop is across the street. Rooms were okay.

Hotel was nice. The room I had was spacious and comfortable. My only complaint is that when I pulled back the covers, I found a couple of hairs on the sheets under the covers, which makes me feel as though the sheets hadn't been changed. Breakfast was good enough, and had a decent selection. As for value, I know this area is expensive, but I do not feel as though this is a $200+ a night hotel. I will stay somewhere else next time I'm in the area.

So the elevator button for floor three was not working, and before we had even checked into the hotel, and the front desk person was saying that they had overbooked the hotel and were turning people away with what they thought were legitimate reservations at 10:30 pm the night before(that would suck). But the AC room heater bursting into flames is the real problem here is if you look at the photos that I took after the fire, this thing started on fire because it was just taped together hastily using regular electrical tape! It was a good thing I was not sleeping. The room filled with smoke and I had to put it out with water because there was no fire extinguisher. So in summary, the hotel experience was not horrible service wise but if they treat their equipment like this in one room , I would bet there are more. Plus they charge you to use 30+ dollars to use you're IHG rewards points.
