I got there at 6 p.m. to find out that the restaurant closed at 5 p.m., and there was nowhere close by for me to eat supper. When I got into my room, I took three steps in to find out that there were two steps down to the bedroom area. It was dark, I was carrying a lot of things, was not warned, and ended up falling down the steps.
Paul my arrival, I discovered that there was a party of some sort in the lobby. I had to walk through the middle of the party in order to gain access to the hall where my room was. It was very uncomfortable and no help was offered. I was unimpressed with the staff that I encountered, as they offered no assistance or suggestions for either dinner or getting to my room through the packed lobby.
While the hotel is a little older, they still have actual keys to the rooms, they have done quality updates. The rooms are wonderful, the beds are comfortable. My one regret is that I didn't have breakfast there, I heard other desk talk about how wonderful it was, not a buffet like most Hotel breakfast but something to order off the menu. My only complaint is the poor water pressure. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location is just out of the way enough to feel secluded but close enough but there's 3 Starbucks within 5 minutes
Reminds me of a quaint B&B. Off season stay. Rooms great size, excellent beds, food okay. Not much of a variety but remember it is a good club grill.
Love this place - If you are looking to hold training or need meeting space this is a great alternate location. The meeting facilities and services are great here. The golf course is top notch. Best place to play fall golf, as they mainly have pine trees - not so many leaves on the ground to mask or loose golf balls.
Beautiful hotel experience. We loved the golf course which was a challenge and the grill restaurant food was delicious. The service was impeccable in every area. We visited CO for a wedding. The reception was held at Lone Tree Hotel and it was decorated beautifully, the staff was amazing! and attended to our every whim with pleasure. It was one of the best trips we've had thanks to The Lone Tree Golf Club and Hotel.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay and explore Denver, but doesn't want to necessarily be in the middle of the city. It's on a golf course, and there's no more than 16 total hotel rooms I believe?
The customer service was phenomenal, and we got complimentary breakfast cards for each morning we were there, and it wasn't just a continental breakfast, we got to choose from a menu. My favorite was the eggs benedict!! Our room was huge, the shower was nice, we had a safe, and we had our own private balcony. When we went outside at night it was almost as if we were in the middle of the country side. Love love love! Would definitely book again.
Very enjoyable stay. Great golf course and city view. Exceptional service. I make a point of visiting here every year. Luv it here😊😊
I went there for a sweet 16 party and numerous other occasions many years ago. It is a very nice hotel and great food. The view outside to the golf course is beautiful. Only con is I haven't slept there before and I would like to try it one of these days.
Arnold Palmer design course. Five different teeing options for all skill levels. Still not a easy course. Hard to walk for most players especially the back nine. Price is pretty high even for district residents. That's why many steer clear.
Club house and pro shop are excellent. Good food and specials. Some staff very nice some need people skills.
I know they have memberships but I don't know the prices. They also have stay and play options at their hotel.
I'm from Jacksonville Florida where golf is everywhere and TPC Sawgrass is King, but those flat minimal character courses can't hold up to a challenging terrain style course like Lone Tree. I loved all 18 holes.
Very well kept Golf Course. Staff is excellent. A little older looking facility but a very clean place.
This is a beautiful golf course. It is not usually occupied by very many people and the views are awesome. It's a relaxing atmosphere and in a great location
Was just in Denver for a couple days and had a day off. Called the pro shop and they were nothing but helpful. Came out here got right on as a single played a really nice track wide-open big broad shoulders golf course super good condition here on May 15. Fairways are spectacular greens were really really fast. It was cartpath only today which made it for a lot of walking so I got my 10,000 steps in, even riding in the cart on the path only. It was $62 on the weekdays so totally worth it. Totally recommend this course really nice experience good people. Coke products in the restaurants also
The variety of heavy apps was good. There was something for everyonemeat and non-meat selections. The layout of the event was tight. I was sitting at a table next to the food table and felt like I had people over my shoulder the entire time.
