We could take our pet here which made it great. Everyone working here was super nice. They have a free breakfast but we didn't have a chance to eat it. They have a fridge and microwave in the room. They were very accommodating. It wasnt the best place, but not the worst either. The fact that they allow pets means more than it not being so great. I'd stay here again.
Decent room, 2 double beds, had all the perks - microwave, frig, coffee maker, hair dryer, TV, iron and board. Brought my dog and had no issues. We had a little problem checking in bit the person corrected it immediately.
This is a pretty nice hotel. I t is nothing fancy, but it is clean and we'll maintained. Also, the lady at the front desk was great. She was very friendly and helpful. I forget my ID at the front desk and she walked it down to my room to give it to me.
I was having "one of those days" and she really went out of her way to do what she could to make it better.
In all, I had a pretty great experience.
Nice front desk worker. The only problem was the room was a little rough. The tub drain stop was broken and had to be removed. The breakfast was OK, but every other laquinta I have been to was better.
Pros: very nice staff, room clean, close to base. Cons: Booked online chose smoking room when given option for smoking or non smoking. Got there and was told they were completely non-smoking. Pool was far from what is pictured on website, and water was full of algae, did not appear to have been part of this property it is across fence with Motel 8. It is in the 80's and even if the pool advertised existed they tell me it is closed! Cancelled booking I had for next month!
So we had a long flight and was looking forward to a clean room. Arrived. Pool was dirty green. Maids were sitting in front and low and behold one of two rooms were not ready. Guess the maids were on a break. The EXCUTIVE SUIT was a converted office on second floor with a desk that ran across the whole room. I called front and they indicated that was the best they can do. They had to call the owner to try to figure out how to make calls room to room.
This is what the suits has come to. Sub standard rooms, facilities and service. I have at least three return trips to this city and I will never stay here again.
What a waist for a military and the families that support them.
Large rooms quiet even with children ceilings are nice higher than most hotel. They have all accommodations and are near some nice areas
Got here to escape hurricane Irma. Great staff, pet friendly and clean rooms. While I opted to stay here to escape the storm, I am glad I did and for sure I will stay here again.
The inside room was very comfortable and my dog settled in nicely. Parking lot was a little shady and no place to eam the dog. Immediate surrounding sketchy but once half mile away nice area. Close to university. Served our purpose as halfway point to bring dog on our road trip. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was fair. Would stay there again.
Accommodations are good; disappointed that we could not have disabled accommodations with king bed. Staff very pleasant and assistive. I would consider this site for future visits.
During our first visit last month we had an issue with receiving enough towels and wash cloths. We were expected to make due with one wash cloth for 3 people in ine room we booked and same for the second room we booked. I figured housekeeping was just out of sorts that weekend so I didn't complain and we kept it moving after requesting more wash cloths 3x. This timesame issue (1 wash cloth for 3 people and the hand towels near the sink were not replaced). I don't get it. It seems so basic. I'm just irritated because I have a habit if comparing hotels. Just out of curiosity, isn't it customary for the bathtub to be cleaned when housekeeping stops through? Well l, not in room 224. Rather than confirm the halfass job with a purchased blacklight, I think we'll just NOT book here again EVER.
Oh the front desk staff are nice, but clearly, housekeeping needs an overhaul.
The room were not cleaned like they were suppose be, there were cats and dogs inside of the hotel and hotel rooms besides service dogs.the staff was very rude didnt want to offer extra towels and rags when asked. There is no good selection of breakfast items.
So disappointed. soon as we walked in our room smelled like mildew and come to find out the carpet in the whole room was soaked. assuming the hotel staff must have shampooed the carpets. They should have waited for the carpet to dry before allowing guest in the room. The beds were comfortable, the shower was clean but the bathroom floors we dirty. Suppose you get what you paid for $74 level live and learn.
