The rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff very friendly and helpful. Down side..no elevators.

The room was nice but the bed was hard as a rock. Everything was a bit dated. I was fine with everything until I woke up to loud gospel music first thing in the morning. I was put in a room just above where they have a church service Sunday mornings.

While it's updated for a VERY old Courtyard, and overall is fairly nice (great lobby, rooms are up to date), it suffers from some problems of older hotels. You can hear quite easily conversations in the room next door, and there is no elevator to the second floor. Also had the least comfortable pillows I've ever experienced, they were tiny in size (roughly throw pillow sized), and while extremely fluffy would compress down until it felt as if you had your head on a ball of wadded up fabric. Great location, love the internal courtyard with pool, and staff was friendly and helpful.

Not a bad hotel. The hotel staff was awesome. I did keep seeing extremely small ants around the sink area. It was never multiple at the same time. Only maybe 1 a day or 2 a day. Not sure where they were coming in from exactly. Possibly the sink. It wasn't unbearable.

This has to be one of the best Courtyards that I have ever stayed atthe staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and the food at the Bistro was great along with the drinks! I did not get to experience the breakfast due to the early morning while here visiting my son but I can only imagine how good it was too.

Spent one night to attend an event. I'd swear the "two queen" beds were smaller than standard queens. Otherwise a good experience. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds.

This hotel is awful!!!! Stay away. The bed is as hard as a rock. It feels like sleeping on concrete. I am literally sleeping on the couch every night. The fridge does not work even though they supposedly replaced it so all of my food is bad. This place was marketed as a place for long term business trips, but it is extremely inadequate. It only has one washer and dryer that you have to pay for in the whole hotel. The only microwave is in the lobby and you have to pay for breakfast from there bistro that has high prices for what you are getting. I would change hotels in a heartbeat if they were not all sold out already due to a hurricane. FML.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The pool area was nice and clean, other than that not, much positive to say about this place. I killed a roach in our room on the last night here. The TV in our room kept loosing signal. The rooms got extremely hot because there were occupancy sensors on the thermostats and the A/C unit would cut off every 10 minutes or so. Our room looks like the roof leaks and is about to fall in. I have stayed in way nicer hotels the cost less than here.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Lots of genuine smiles. Very friendly housekeeping staff. I definitely recommend this Marriott and would definitely stay here again. Huge room. King bed with full size sleeper sofa and mini fridge.

Great hospitality. Will definitely be back. Everyone made my family feel so welcome. Especially the young lady in the Bistro. I'm not for certain of her name but I think it was something like Cashone or Cashonda. She made breakfast so pleasurable. And thats saying something coming from me because I am NOT a morning person.

I rated the hotel and my stay at 4 out of 5 because the room was not of what I expected. It was not unpleasant but certainly not my usual experience at a Marriott hotel. My room was clean and everything was in place but there was a stagnant smell in the room, like maybe it used to be a smoking room? The bed was relatively comfortable but the pillows were small and all had the same firmness. So, I usually prefer a firm pillow and had to stack two together which still wasn't really comfortable to me. The whole facility just had an aged feel to it. Unfortunately, this was one of the less enjoyable Marriott hotels I've stayed at. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't excellent either. The area was good as there was plenty of places to eat and within close range.

The staff was very nice and helpful with my entire group. Everyone commented on how nicely we were treated. A few of us were supposed to receive complementary breakfast and it was charged to our rooms. The staff was apologetic about the mix up and promptly fixed the problem.
