Was a great stay with friendly staff and clean rooms. Beds could be comfier, but very few hotels in this price range match your at home mattress.

They had an amazing fish display and great service. Free breakfast is always a great thing as well. Always had fresh hot coffee available as well.

A very pleasant stay. I love that I can get coffee anytime. We love their beds. They are super comfortable and customer service is great. I wish there were more flavorful options for breakfast.

Holiday Inn Express was such a blessing to stay at. When I came there I had just come to the reality that I wasn't ok with me and my dad having to make the decision to put my mom in hospice. I am from NJ but had been staying in the hospital with my mom for over a month. With no friends or family to help me. Ms. Yvonne was the first person I met when I came into the hotel. She got me checked in and gave me a whole lot of love and word's of encouragement (as if she was my auntie😁). From then on the staff was overly accommodating and understanding. If I ever come back to Columbus the Holiday Inn Express will be my place of temporary residence Thank you All

I have had many meetings and been to this hotel multiple times but have never stayed in a room. With that said the Fourier, conference room, eating area is all that of a 5 star hotel. They have an enormous fish tank and everything is extremely clean and upscale. The staff has always been over and above with kindness.

This Holiday Inn Express in Northlake is the best! We arrived in the middle of the night escaping a hurricane and the overnight employee at the front desk was exceptional. She helped us out when we needed it most without waivering. The entire staff made the whole experience easier! Every single employee has been exceptional in every way. Including the GM that I spoke with this morning. Wow. I am highly impressed and will speak about this experience for years to come. Thank you to everyone here from the owners, GM and staff! You made it easier for us to go through a very difficult time in our life. It will not be forgotten! Thank you, this place is great!!

This place is awesome. The staff are simply amazing, from Ms. Linda, and Ms. Yvonne to KeKe in the cafe . They remember each guest by name. They take extra care to make sure that their guests are well taken care of. They provide evening snack and rooms are always clean.

The king room with the Jacuzzi is nice and spacious. The customer service was great. The breakfast is typical. It's nice and in a well lit area.

Once again this Holiday Inn was OUTSTANDING!!! It is worthy of a 5 star rating!!! The staff goes the extra mile with a smile on their face & positive attitude!!! Miss Yvonne at the front desk (as well as all the staff) are very friendly-polite-professional & helpful!!! The rooms are cleaned & kept at a very high standard!!! The breakfast is one of the best in the business!! You can tell management takes customer service & care to the highest level & priority!!!! I travel a lot & you won't find another hotel any better!!!

The staff was very friendly. I books a room for three but the reservation some how got changed. Mr. John the night manager was very helpful and fixed the situation very fast. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable and pillows nice and firm. Most important the A.C. was super chilly. The breakfast spread was very good with lots of options. I will stay here again.

My family and I had to stay here to handle a few appointments. Our room was comfortable, spacious, clean, and equipped with your normal kitchen essentials. The staff was friendly and made us feel very welcomed. Yvonne was helpful with my accommodations and she greeted me by name every time she saw me, she is a joyful spirit and you can't help but to smile after a conversation with her. Outstanding customer service. Also the morning breakfast was great, gives you a variety and was neat and clean. Rates were fair for this relaxing atmosphere and the location is great as well.

I give it a 3 star because the first room they give me had crumbs in the floor and the bathtub has mildew and mold on it. The next room was nice, cozy, and quiet. The breakfast was okay could be more healthy options and fresh fruits. I would recommend this for one night or if you just pasting by and need a place to rest. I have been to better holiday inn.
