  New Managment - general manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. Will never stay here again. This used to be a great hotel. Not anymore. Do not waste your money. Don’t stay here. Took 20 minutes for us to get checked in. Slow service and hotel is dirty

  We reserved a block of rooms for a wedding and the staff could not have been more helpful. Their attitude and helpfulness were top notch. I highly recommend this hotel.

  Had a great week. Check in was easy and extremely friendly, room was clean, turn down service was excellent 3 of the 4 nights, breakfast had a wide variety but wasn't wasteful, and check out was pleasant.
  My small requests were met with glad responses, bed was comfortable, pillows were heavenly, and the shower was blessedly hot.
  Only improvements would be to request a power strip at the desk, better tv, and a deeper tub.
  I enjoyed my stay here. Thank you.

  This is an older hotel that could definitely use a remodel. The a/c in the hallways and lobby was not working for a couple of days but the rooms were ice cold! This is the friendliest hotel I have ever stayed at. Rooms are showing their age but everything is quiet at night.

  The price of the room and location was the only bright spot. The room was dirty. We found toe nails around the bed, used soap in shower, food wrappers and condom wrappers under the sleeper sofa. A t-shirt shirt behind the sofa indicated the housekeeping is poorly attended too and the quality control is non existent. I stay in Hamptons all the time because I have been so happy with them but this one reminded of a low end motel.
  
  The breakfast pastries were stale, the orange juice was sour, and was just a complete let down. The evening is supposed to have cookies in lobby. The tray in the lobby was there Friday night with crusty old cookie crumbs and chocolate. Saturday night the same tray was still in lobby with no complimentary cookies.
  
  Definitely will not stay here again.

  First bad experience ever at a Hampton Inn. My room was not what I requested and the front desk would not change it because they were booked (even though guests had not arrived). I had to go ask for my waters for the hhonors perks. The elevator shook and made a terrible noise the only time we got in it. We took the stairs for the remainder of the stay. The sheets were scratchy and not the typical Hampton sheets. This hotel did not even resemble a Hampton Inn. The so called hot breakfast was some packaged things that you have to microwave. There was trash in both trash cans in my room when I arrived and a water in the frig. The only positive things I can say about this place is the pillows were the most comfortable I've ever seen, and the lady working the breakfast area was very nice. This Hampton does not even look like it should be in the Hilton family at all and I have stayed in several Hilton brands many times. I would not go back to this hotel unless it was an emergency.

  This was a nice stay. Only stayed one night in the Woodstock location, passing through, and rooms were very comfortable and bed nice. However the walls were a little thin and I could hear people in the hallway talking all night which was a little annoying. However I will stay here again if I need to stay in the area.

  This is a good clean hotel at a reasonable price. Nothing over the top, breakfast as usual but I do have to say their sack brunches to go are top notch. If anything, that is my favorite to grab and go in the morning.

  The rooms were very clean and nice looking. Nice breakface , loved that coffee and homemade cookies were available when we wanted them. Staff was very helpful and kind.
