Good enough hotel. Maybe a hint of a musty smell in the hallway, but the room was nice. The front desk person (Courtney) was very nice, and helpful. She directed me to a good Cajun restaurant just down the road.

Nice, clean, comfortable hotel. A bit hard to get into (especially with heavy traffic). You either turn into Waffle House parking lot and go straight through, or you turn into Comfort Suites driveway and go past them to Hampton. Enjoyed my stay though. Very convenient location if you have business in Cumming, Alpharetta, or Buford.

A great clean hotel with great service. The front desk staff was polite and helpful and know all the local restaurants and attractions. A wonderful breakfast cooked by a nice woman who reminds me of my grandmother. Fresh coffee and cookies in the lobby. Will stay here every time I need to rent a room.

We were here this past week after having evacuated Vero Beach FL during Hurricane Irma. We can't say enough about the care and concern that the entire staff showed us during our stay. They were also very flexible with helping to extend our stay. Shout outs to: "Mama Fran" who ran the breakfast area - it was like being at home with your grandmother. She took care of everyone with such loving care. Also Adrienne at the front desk - thank you for being so personal and helpful in extending our reservation. Same with Natalia at the front desk. You guys were all awesome! The room was spacious and clean and provided us the comforts of home. During such a stress time of uncertainty, and being away from home, we couldn't have asked for a better situation/stay. Thank you all again.

Visited for a wedding. Wonderful staff. Clean rooms. Melba made my room sparkle. The breakfast was great, lots of selection and the breakfast attendant "Momma Fran" is a jewel. Natalia at the desk is the definition of hospitality and has a future career as a comedian (she kept me and my wife laughing the whole time). I will say, the place is in need of a renovation, BUT, the staff just makes this place. Never in all our years of travel have we encountered such exceptional customer service.

This hotel is amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is good. It is located near plenty of shopping and restaurants. Would defiantly stay here again.

Hotel of medium level with clean room but il furniture. Breakfast Simple with not too manu choice. Good for business trip not as touristic Place.

Adrianne and Freddy were very welcoming as I walked in and checked in. They called me in my room to make sure everything was okay about an hour after I arrived. The room was awesome and inviting. The breakfast was just what I needed, and Amelia was very positive as I checked out.

Super friendly staff, very nice new rooms, close to Northside hospital. A very convenient and nice place to stay. I would recommend for families and solo travelers for business and leisure travel. It is a very busy area with other hotel chains nearby. The Hampton seemed to be the nicest of the ones local to the hospital.

Hampton Inn is usually my preferred Hotel when I travel. This location is a keeper! As usual, it's the staff that makes it great and this one has it right. Mama Fran is one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet. Don't leave without meeting her (she's at breakfast).

Rooms were clean. A little older hotel but decent. Was a drip drip drip in the room above me that was extremely annoying. People were nice. Breakfast was acceptable, normal Hampton breakfast
