Overall, it was a good experienceread below for the specifics:
-Room: Clean, comfortable, quite, spacious enough for myself
-Fitness Center: Very poorthey have 2 treadmills that DO NOT WORKlike, at alland for those that crave liftingno dumbellsI recommend replacing the wasted space, broken treadmills with a set of dumbells and a benchTHEN, it could be considered at least somewhere you could break a sweaton a side note, they do have a bicycle machine that I am not sure works, as I, at the very minimum, wanted to run a littleended up running around the hotel a bit to sweat
-Breakfast: BEST PART OF STAYING AT THE HOTELSPECIFICALLY BECAUSE OF MS. EMMA, THE WOMAN THAT RUNS THE BREAKFAST SHOWSHE SINCERELY CARES FOR PEOPLE AND LITERALLY GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND, SIMPLY TO ENSURE YOU HAVE A GREAT BREAKFAST EXPERIENCEBETTER KEEP THOSE GRITS AND GRAVY ;)
-Staff: Very friendly and accommodating. Wendy was more than helpful and also genuinely cared about your Country Inn experience.

We stayed here because the electricity went out during the storm. I needed a hot shower and somewhere to lay my head. From the moment we walked in, we smelled stale smoke. The water did not get very hot. The bed was hard as a rock. Then when the upstairs guests arrived, it sounded like the Atlanta Falcons were running drills above our heads. We ended up leaving at 1:30AM and hoping back home because we were so miserable.

I like this chain of inns more than others and they are undergoing a major renovation since new management last month, so the minor issues I had were no big deal. I spoke with the manager this morning who also had the maintenance person join our conversation. I was impressed with the genuine interest in my concerns. Finally, the woman who runs the breakfast area was fantastic! She was very attentive and friendly.

We had the worst experience here. We brought our youth group on a missions trip and stayed at this hotel. From the first time we stepped foot into the hotel the general manager was rude, and just flat out mean. Our youth pastor was so calm and nice and she just kept giving attitude and just being plain mean. We had blocked rooms and when we arrived with enough to fill 10 rooms she had nothing saved for us. She blamed us and just made snarky comments the whole time. This review would be forever long if I went into everything. I will never stay here again. The customer service from the owner should be so much better.

I walked in my room, was there 5 min before I decided I was not going to stay in such a dirty smelly room. Customer service was great. I have no complaints with the staff. Excellent customer service. The property is what is so sub standard . Turned room keys in and left.

Very clean in room and common areas. Nice beds but a little too firm for me. My teens were very comfortable in the beds. Most excellent breakfast. The breakfast lady, Emma, was so nice and even made some separate eggs and bacon for us because my oldest daughter and I need gluten free that hasn't been cross contaminated.
I would have given five stars except for how rough the towels were - exfoliating rough, like drying off with a loofah. I would recommend a little fabric softener!

Horrible experience- My wife heard someone being assaulted in the room next to her. She woke up to a blood curdling scream (woman) everyone was yelling. Then she heard a woman say "that's my baby, you don't touch my baby" the another woman said "wake up come on you gotta wake up" then the man said "I can't go back to jail again" Called the office, but they still didn't call the police. My wife called 911. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The hotel did not meet expectations. It didn't correctly honor our Priceline booking, we bought 2 beds but originally were given one. After speaking with staff, we were given a rollaway bed. This bed was unsleepable on. I ended up putting mattress on the floor. This could easily change in the future, however, because there was a sign in the lobby that stated it was under construction. Breakfast was good and it was nice there were free cookies given. I would not go there again until revonations happen.

Friendly staff (especially the lady who works in the kitchen/breakfast area) and a wonderful breakfast. Close to the interstate. comfortable room. Not a bad place to stay. Rooms could be a little cleaner and the beds are a little hard. You can tell that this is an older motel. All that in consideration I would recommend this as a go to motel in McDonough Georgia.

Our bedroom, one of the queen suites, was absurdly loud. I realized at about 1030pm that our room was above the pool. Then we got woken up at about 230 in the morning to a bunch more noise on the floor above us. Staff was nice, pillows soft, but the structure was thin so you could hear everything throughout the hotel.

I like to see reviews just like everyone else to help make decisions. I'm very detailed and can point out things like any discrepancies with my backgrounds in facilities maintenance. We had an excellent stay there, and at breakfast the staff went above and beyond. If there was anything noted, they took care of it. Room was very clean, and loved the layout. I have yet to stay at a Country Inn & Suites that we didn't like.
