Nice place.. had to get a tire they were very helpful and cost friendly and the service guys were great had a gentleman by the name Angel who was very personable and helpful he did a great job

Extremely courteous staff and a gigantic selection of pulled parts. I was extremely impressed that the engine I purchased had all of its hoses plugged, definitely makes transporting less potentially messy. I will return for parts in the future!

Good prices. Reasonable and personable staffbut know what you needs before approaching the counter. These guys are good. These guys are fast. Slow their roll with your hunting about with various questions and inability to articulate your needs? Be ready to feel some icy chill and a request to step aside. Otherwise, approach these pros like a pro, they'll pick, pull, and charge your credit within 90minutes. Calling ahead to give them lead time to work only makes them feel all the better at the job they do.
These guys are aces for engines, alternators, exterior lights and bezels, transmission assembliesright down to wheels+tires, most used break down parts for your car and crash parts.response / report this review -

Ok this place is pretty big in size I guess and driving up to it looked big well I went looking for a door handle for an old car and he said he can order it, that's nice BUT it's $25.00 and in by the following week🤔. well it was a nice ride but I got the part off of Amazon for $7.26/Prime and delivered in 2 days. Thanks LKQ

I had no idea they had a service center here, I always thought they just sold parts. The people were friendly, service was fast and efficient, and the price was nearly half of what I was getting quoted anywhere else to have a low mileage transmission dropped in. Coupled with a 12 month warranty on parts and labor for a used part of such importance, I'm more than happy. I will always start here for future service needs.

Staff is ok. Can be a bit blunt. I think the prices are a bit steep. But there aren't any other junk yards around here unfortunately. Decent enough to get by. And the used tires section is always nice to walk through if you need a cheap replacement until you get a new set of tires.

Cheap parts, lacks in customer service but I don't think they care. Heard they don't stand behind there warrantee but have yet to need to use it. Typical junk yard. Employee's hate there job but get it done. Customers wait long periods because it takes forever to get what you need and usually only one man holding the fort. So 40 bucks for a starter and be patient with disgruntled employee or 180 bucks for refurbished starter at Autozone and be greeted and thanked. I down with the grumpy bastard that saves me money!
Oh and core returns must have to be run through Homeland Security. Takes forever to get and goes back on your card in a week. Still saves money though so we accept the receipt and thank the poor bastard behind the counter. 😂response / report this review -

Customer service wasn't nearly as bad as some of the reviews on here, just setting the record straight CHEAP prices, no charge for B2B shipping (even for the return of the core, which required separate pickup). Lori and Christina were very helpful and knowledgeable. They even offer the service to cleanup and inspect the part for free!! Holding off on the 5th star until I get the item (rear axle assembly).
