A nice and warm neighborhood diner specially in a code weather. Food are great. Salads are fresh and steaks are right. Dessert are tasty
Authentic, delicious German food. The Spätzle were some of the best I've ever had. Just so you know, it's not cheap!
Went there for my wife's birthday with a good sized group (8 adults, 2 kids). Service was incredible, as was the food. They went out of their way to make it feel like a special night. Will definitely be back again.
Great food. Friendly service. Ambiance with character. Free parking. Outdoor seating available.
Wonderful veal and German sausage dishes, along with craft draft beer in a cosy environment make Kurt's a neat place to visit, The only drawback was a paucity of parking spots in the corner strip mall where the Bistro sits. It can be packed at dinner time, so reserve a table in advance if you can -- even on a weekday. Some outdoor seating, or an outdoor bar would work well in the Summer -- just a suggestion, but all in all I would go again the next time I'm visiting the Norcross-Duluth area of Atlanta.
THE BEST RESTAURANT YOU COULD EVER DREAM OF! The restaurant is always clean, the employees are the kindest, and the food there is absolutely ASTONISHING! GO HERE TODAY!!!!!
Best meal I've had in years. Michael M was the best server I've ever had as well. I'm coming back
Mom's 83rd Birthday dinner was beyond great. Alex always feed us the best. Much Love to Kurt's Bistro & Alex. Amen!!!
Top notch food and service and they pay special attention to allergies!
One of the owners & Executive Chef Alex actually remembered us from our 1st visit and had kept our allergy list ( 18 years later they still have our list and made sure a newer server that waited on us was aware of our needs!)
Since they always cook to order unlike other companies that precook, they always have been able to accommodate the allergy issues.
Even more impressive if there is a dish that must be prepared ahead if we notify them in advance they will accommodate us on that as well.
The quality of the food and service of this Family owned German restaurant is so impressive that even though we moved over an hour away, we still make the drive!
The portions are large enough that we typically always have some left to bring home and enjoy the next day!
Bottom line if you live in the greater Atlanta area give them a try, I know you will be back, ( even if you live as far away as we do in Canton) if your closer I'll bet you will put them on your list of favorites!
We really enjoy Kurt's, especially for double date night. The food is amazing and extremely authentic, even the beverage selection is of imported wines and beers. It brings back great memories from our European travels. The menu features large entrees but my absolute favorite is the German hot pretzel. You will love it so much you will not want to share.
Fun German cuisine. Friendly service. Nice setting.
Kurts Rib Eye just about melted in my mouth. If you are a beer drinker, which I am not, they serve a huge Tankard that my coworkers thoroughly enjoy as long as they don't have to work. A little pricey but mot outrageous. I think I was in and out at about $30-$35 per person. Check the menu.
We are regulars at Kurts. The smoked trout dip is a must. Wonderful steaks without completely crazy prices. The special are always delicious. Great German beer selection. Be sure to get the Apple strudel with icecream. Enough for sharing!!
Kurt's has been one of my favorite restaurants over the last few years, having been here more times than I can count. Kurt's is an authentic European restaurant serving up a variety of delicious plates- from German sausages to smoked pork chops to goulash, the quality of their food is excellent. The ambiance of the restaurant is great as well- it is a spot to visit whether with a large group or on a romantic dinner date with your spouse. The owner is extremely friendly and will often serve up the table-side bananas foster, which is out of this world! Not only are their main plates and desserts excellent, but their soups and small plates are also to die for- from the Potato Pancakes to the Mussels to the giant pretzel, you can't go wrong. I don't have enough good things to say about this restaurant- you must come by and check it out for yourself!
