If i could give zero stars i would. Asked to talk to management about one of their receptionists and was sent to voicemail. They never returned my call. There is also terrible communication between the staff. I like my girl's doctors but i think im going to find a different office.

Not like you read your reviews as if you did you would fix the issues you have.
How is this the second day in a row i have sick children and YOU ALL HAVE YET TO RETURN A CALL. Yet your after hour affiliates can. I NEED MY KIDS SCHEDULED.

It is so convenient when the pediatrician can visit at the hospital, they make it sound great that you schedule your baby screening with them, but DON’T DO IT! I was here at 8:45 for a 9am check in. We made it to the room, everything was okay up to that point. At 10am I walked out and asked how much longer it will be, the nurse replied with do you have somewhere to go, I said no but I shouldn’t have to wait this long, there is no patients in the rooms and one person in the lobby. At 10:25 I start getting my baby dressed and by 10:30am I asked to remove my child as a patient. I do not recommend this place, you can be in and out elsewhere and have great experience.

Worst place to take your kids. They will call DCF for not being able to get to one appointment n not being able to reschedule it till a month later n not having a car and No phone that's only usable with wifi. And or because your child is not "gaining weight" my daughter may not gain alot but she still gains a little bit but had the audacity to say she was malnourished and basically saying that I don't feed her at all. I have done the best I possibly can to make sure my daughter gets to appointments, to reschedule appointments, to make her gain more weight.

If I could give zero stars I would. They are never available for sick children appointments so we can never take our daughter to the doctor, we always need to take her to urgent care, it is ridiculous. Scheduling is a disaster it can take days to hear back from nurses and office visits are always rushed.
