Always open (Big Plus). Always friendly, no matter what time I show up. Be it 3pm or 3am. Someone is always happy is give me donuts.

My niece bought ice coffee and ordered two doughnuts at 12pm August 23rd they gave her coffee not cold no ice and it melted the whipped topping .she sent me in to get them to correct it they were very rude and just dropped ice cubes on top of whipped cream and made it even worse very unprofessionali brought them back outside to car ..with thru drive thru to begin with so she had to go back in there request a manager to get her money back .But while I was in there she ate one of the doughnuts and sipped the coffee earlier before she realized it was not good know she puked the doughnut up and is sick really people .i think the young African American counter help really needs to take some classes on courtesy and food preparation. Just lost three customers for awhile will check back in in a couple of days to see if she's still working if so I'm calling coporate.wow sincerely concerned customers .

Absolutely incompetent staff. Awful customer service. Waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes, which during that time not a single car moved. Eventually gave up, parked, and went inside. Me and another man were waiting for our orders, and then the cashier brought out the order of the man who had JUST placed an order and had not waited at all. And no, it was not a different order. All 3 of us had placed an order for a dozen glazed donuts. Staff is absolutely incapable and ghetto.

I love hot doughnuts from here but the wait is always long and they are becoming more and more pricey. As of now I will never patronize this location anymore because of the ignorant workers who don't appreciate where their paychecks come from which is customers. I will take my business on the south side if town.

Their coffee is good & for the month of February they are giving you a free glazed donut with your coffee purchase. The service was good & the store is clean. Oh & the donuts are fresh.

The ONLY donuts are Krispy Creme donuts. Love them! Just wish they would get a store on the westside too! And bring back the blueberry filled donuts too! Get the cinnamon, the chocolate covered and the glazed with some donut holes!

of course the donuts are delicious.. but they are always out of anything remotely interesting and there's pretty much never anyone at the window. the service here is atrocious.
