A really great place to eat with delicious food. Good location by being close to Forsyth Park and right next to a hotel. The decor was very nice with comfy booths. They had a really nice bathroom too. The service was very friendly as well.
I would recommend this restaurant, but order pork chop. Most everything is a-la-cart. I ordered seafood (scallops) $32 and asparagus $7. There were only 4 medium size scallops and a pile of full stemmed asparagus (I usually cut off bottoms). Food tasted good, but too expensive for what I received. On the other side, my friend ordered the pork chop $27 and it came with mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. There was a blueberry chutney that came with the pork chop and the meal was enough to feed both of us (females) and it was delicious!
before I get to see a menu they are trying to sell you bottled water. You might ask about the price? I did. 8$ for bottled water. Then I asked about an item that was on the hotels menu which was not listed on the restaurant menu? Even more expensive. I decide at that point to find a meal elsewhere
Andrena was the bomb!!!! Not a better place to hang out, have a drink and get the most amazing meal. Calamari was amazing!!!
Cool building and atmosphere, great food and awesome service by Andreana
Very nice high end restaurant, but has reasonable lunch menu. It is part of the Mansion on Forsyth.
Excellent service, creative and expertly crafted and prepared meals. Never disappoints.
Terrible service; not just for Savannah, but for anywhere. Food is overpriced for the area as well. Go to Clary's instead.
Went for lunch, had a grilled chicken sandwich with goat cheese and bacon, food was good but pricey and the decor and atmosphere is a bit pretentious. service was so slow. seated 5 min before getting a drink, had to ask for refills.
Service was slow. Food was sub par. They were out of four different menu items. Manager offered any entre at no cost then tried to pass off chopped steak as filet Mignon. The chopped steak was not even close to a filet and it was well done not medium rare. I would have preferred to pay for a filet than have been served that garbage.
When I called in the woman on the phone told me that they don't take reservations before 8pm. When I got there which took me 30mins, I was told at the door that they are reservation only. Terrible service didn't even wanna help me get a table when there was a lot of free space. Ended up going the next day and the service was horrible with no southern community or respect. The food is overpriced because it is nothing special and isn't what I thought a restrunant will be serving.. Save money go to Popeye's or any fast food joint....
Very interesting locale and cozy atmosphere. The food was good but lacked zip...the best thing on the plate was the corn spoon bread. Very good wine list, though. And Ashley, the hostess, gave us a wonderful tour of the mansion restaurant!
