The service here is terrible. I called in to have a product held they told me it would be at the service desk.when I enter Ed the store I had a hard time finding the service desk because it was tucked away off to the side at the back of the store. I stopped a rep and asked her to point me in the direction of the service desk and she responded by pointing to the signs in the air and "saying just follow the signs". I thought this was very rude clearly I didn't find the signs to be helpful and I can't find the service desk because it tucked away off to the side near the back of the freaking store. I got to the service desk gave the rep. my name and the watch was not at the desk. She called another rep and had them to being the watch down. The watch was a different price from that which was advertised at another location which was out of sell. When I brought this up to the sales rep she proceed Ed to argue with me. I then asked to speak to the manager he came over and the rep proceeds to tell him "she's not understanding that this is not on sale". I interjected and explained that I was just at another location and they had a different price. He then pointed out another watch that was on sale so I asked for that one and requested to be checked out at another location. This place has bad customer service I won't be shopping at this location ever again.

When I tried to go shopping there the men's dress shirts were a disaster. All of the makes, fits, and colors were all over the place. Nearly impossible to find what I wanted.

One of the better Kohls in the area. Neat and orderly. Friendly staff. Don't have to walk a mile to get to the store.

KOHLS has always been my favorite department store and this one is exceptional for it's location and parking. As one of the newest it has a clean open feeling. KOHLS card holders can benefit from up to 30% savings on top of sales and clearance items.

Moody employees, especially the managers you can tell obviously hate their lives. They should just quit instead of having a bad attitude all the time. The fitting rooms are always trashed too.

Customer service said the promo that I was there for was no longer available. But when I took the time to go again to see jeans department there was several signs advertising "second pair 50% off", had I not checked back I'd left with wrong info from customer service person. Second visit to customer Service was more pleasant with knowledgeable staff that time around

Clean and organized appearance. Prompt and knowledgeable. Floor plan and layout is nearly exact to a majority of their stores I've frequented. Service desk on left side of the store.
