I generally love going to this store to find items in the clearance sections. (Except boys, even in clearance they are still over priced) I can usually find some great deals on items for myself and for gifts. I love that they offer Kohl's cash and the discounts they send out. I've only had 1 time where the cashier was just totally unfriendly. The rest of the cashiers are really nice and helpful. The only problem is that they have to hit you up on opening a charge card a million times. Oh my gosh, I don't know what they're quota is but it is ridiculous. I understand that these companies make a ton of money off these cards, but entice people with signage or better offers. Having your cashier ask you multiple times during a transaction while you're dealing with a toddler and making sure items are ringing up correctly makes the customer insane. I can also tell it makes these cashiers uneasy. It shouldn't be totally put on them. They have enough to deal with while checking people out. And honestly if a person doesn't already have the Kohl's charge card, they probably are the smart debt free ones and aren't going to get one now. It's time to adopt a new system for this.

I have always had a good experience with this store. Returns are easy, absolutely no hassle. My only complaint is that they hardly ever have small sizes. I am a size 4 and have to go to Steinmart to find clothes.

They have a good selection but it feels like a scam when EVERYTHING is always on sale all the time. Just tell me what it costs, instead playing up the fake savings I'm getting. The only good deals are in their clearance section. I usually find a good deal or two whenever I visit.

My check out experience was none to great. I had just recently received a $15.00 "we miss you back" coupon which had inadvertently expired very nine to quickly after I received it. Needless to say, they would not honor it. Guess you don't miss me all that much. Or guess it just depends on the customer service by store. Why even send the stupid thing if you don't even give much of a chance to use it!!!

Pretty picked over most of the time. But great location and friendly staff. However sometimes a little too friendly. I've seen them get a little too personal when people say no to a kohls card. Not everyone wants/needs another credit card. They should teach their staff not to push it so hard!

Today I had the worst experience I've had at a Kohl's. One lady who smelled like an ashtray, and another older woman were so rude to me, and refused to let me use my Khol's coupon, which I pulled up from the Khol's app! They accused me of making it up. How embarrassing and rude. The young man who rang me up was very pleasant though. Those old hags need to get out of "customer service" though.

The prices on women's clothes at this location can't be had at a second hand store! If you shop the sales rack there are pants for as low as 3 bucks I've gotten dresses appropriate for work for 10 bucks. I'm not so great at putting outfits together and there is always an employee walking around that will help me match things up.

Great store with a great selection. The store itself when I went in was a little messy but nothing that would prevent me from going again. I was able to pick the right day because there was a killer sale going on and I bought some really nice shoes and accessories for a deal!
