I had to change the state of my previous license to Arizona. I went here yesterday around 4:40 PM not knowing that the line would be closed at 4:30, so one of the employees gave me a form to fill out and turn in the next day. When I came in today, the process went by quickly and smooth. Not a bad experience except for the hiccup yesterday.

The one day I need them, the first and last time in a while that I can make it to the DMV, they get the day off in my honor. Happy Veteran's day.

Love the new set up. Was in and out in 10 minutes this morning to register my vehicle. Not bad for the first of the month! Excellent service too.

Place looked crazy when I walked in, but there was a greeter at the door who pointed me in the right direction. Lines moved quickly and everything and everyone was super efficient. Not what I expected from a DMV office. Went in for an AZ license after moving here from out of state and was out the door in half an hour. Great customer service!

Needed a car title and ended up getting in and out pretty quickly. The building was under construction, but nonetheless, I was able to ask someone for help at the entrance and get into the correct queue immediately. I found the attendant to be efficient, if not a little quiet and not exactly conversational, but that's ok considering the amount of people they need to get to. I can accept efficiency over friendliness.

Apart from a select few, majority of people are RUDE here. You come here willing to spend money and they treat you like that? I don't think so. Especially the ladies in the front, the secretaries, like no I'm a person. I expect to be treated with respect. Just because I'm young does not mean you can talk to me like I'm an idiot.

My visit to the MVD was convenient and quickcustomer service resolved my registration issue and answered my questions in a friendly manner. Thank you for providing great customer service. ☺👍

I when to go and get my driving license and the people where very nice and friendly i like the environment there and the way it looks now its even better then last year keep up the work you guys are great and doing a awsome job

Absolutely very Satisfied with the Service we got today..02/08/2017. I went with My Sister who is Handicapped and My
Brother-In-Law and the line went quick No Wait at all there were steps procedures you had to follow you tell them what it is you needed whether it be to Renew your Registration/Plates, Change your Driver's License, get a State IDthey give you the Application first to fill out then you get a Letter and a Number you proceed to that Station and Someone checks on you they proceed to call you right awaywe were taken care of at Station Letter(E) by Marlo and Gloria they were Absolutely Wonderful And Very Professional, Efficient,Friendly, Fast And Courteous.
We had A Out Of State Driver's License which we had to Renew, Out Of State Registration/Plates had to Renew, Got A State ID. Both Ladies took Care Of Us in A Very Timely Manner And Very Proficient. . Thank You For Making Our Day Very Exceptional.response / report this review
