The customer service staff are selectively rude and will not let you escalate to Managers. There are couple of staff who are always grumpy with no smile and least helpful. However the Store Manager is one of the best I have seen in Kohls and at times when I was able to speak to him, he did take care of the simple issues. The Customer Service staff simply make issues out of non-issues and things which can be taken care easily, they will not take care. I personally wouldnt visit this store for any thing related to customer service.

As I enter the store, I get an obviously pleased customer leaving. I see a clean & bright store with a pleasant scent that welcomes you. Color & variety in clothing & accessories. I see my favorites in pj's back. I hear a customer & cashier laughing together. I know what I want & everything is organized and there it is, yeah! Peaceful, clean, organized, I'm never disappointed in Kohl's. The nicest cashier checked me out, she knew her job and great customer service. My preferred store to shop is Kohl's & the one at 19th & Bell Rd is perfect for me. Thank you.

The store was clean and orderly. Unfortunately, 2 of the 3 staffers I came in contact with were rude, the manager, for one, never looked up from his phone while I asked some questions about a broken item.
The cashier was nice and sincere.

Great sales, but really don't like to go into the store that has clothes all over the floor that nobody knows how to pick up it looks a little ghetto and this is a store on 19th Avenue and Bell it should look better

My rating is based on this one time visit this evening from some excellent customer service!!
I go to Kohl's A LOT, I have their credit card, and I always know the best times to go to get the best deals. Usually to another location, but pretty much have been to most in the greater metropolitan area.
Yes, I do think they mark prices up just to put them on sale and make you feel like you're getting a good deal. Doesn't bother me much, I just avoid anything that I feel isn't a good deal. The clearance racks are usually packed with some awesome stuff, you just have to dig for it.
Back to my reason for the 5 stars tonight I had multiple run-ins with great staff. After shopping for a while, I went to check out and realized my coupon (only reason I went in tonight) wasn't valid until tomorrow. The cashier quickly told me that she would see if she could accept it anyways. The manager came by and said it was ok and also had a pleasant conversation with my family. It could have been an unhappy ending to my shopping trip, but the staff really made it one of the reasons I would go back to this store.response / report this review -

It's a good store, products are good quality and nicely displayed. The only thing regular prices seem high, but there is always a sale going on , as long as you watch the ads prices are good.

For Kolh's the store is fine. Be sure to bring your 30% coupon and check exclusions, otherwise you are paying more than normal retail.
