Worst Service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. That’s the best I can describe my experiences here.

I went to the service desk to ask a question. The kind woman answered my question. She offered to cash me out. I had two separate transactions. One of $79.00 the second of $45.00. I received one $10.00 Kohls cash. She told me to save my receipts so I could get the second $10.00 Kohls cash. I had already occurred more then $120.00 within five minutes. However, she did not give me an opportunity to tell her that. She told me to take my receipts and save them. I will have to send my husband to our neighborhood Kohls and have my husband explain what I was not allowed to do tonight.

Dec. 9, 2017 While roaming tennis bracelets I came across the Kohl's offer. Surprisingly, I called # to verify n confirm "that the deal I saw was true as advertised". Surely true no exaggeration, the sales rep informed me the tennis bracelets were selling like hotcakes since "Black Friday". Not rushed to purchase just encouraged, I made my purchase the same day with "Deal25" buy online pickup in-store. The extended holiday schedule open til 1am on Fridays made my purchase experience "so much better". This allowed me to assure that my purchase is of authentic quality and material. Now, I'm very happy with my purchase.

Double charged while applying for a Kohl’s card. We paid for our stuff and applied for the card to get a discount and now they are saying we charged the stuff to the card that we hadn’t even gotten in the first place. They just can’t find our payment.

Can't beat the prices on the bargain rack. 70% off Fall clothing that they are replacing for Summer clothes. May as well buy now. Quality of clothes is hit or miss, but you can usually find bargains. Some of the name brands are still kind of expensive. Checkout was quick.

Great store!Easy to navigate. BIG! I love that they let me make returns easily! Also- awesome customer service! Big kudos for their home decor department one of the larger ones I have seen!
