Great place to shop!!! They always have amazing sales going on & a lot of variety to choose from. Everything is great quality; I've never had any issues with anything being damaged or clothes being torn/ripped. The sales associates are always helpful and friendly as well. Most of my wardrobe is from Kohls!

I went for a gift card. The line was extremely long. Only waited 5 min. No worries . Sales clerk was very personable.

Convenient location with a large parking lot. Friendly associates as well. The order online and pickup in store parking spots are very nice.

Good selection and if you sign-up to their credit card you can get very good deals. Kohl's has great wifi signal if you are with the kids and an ipad they will never be bore.

Like every Kohl's location, this place is good for kids clothes. As far as adult clothes, I tend to find the items in the women's section to be made of quality that is only going to last one season. They do have an excellent return policy.

This place is the place to be when shopping for clothes. Great deals. You get Kohls cash for spending money there so basically it's incredible deals . Will be going back

Picked out a pair of Nike sneakers with a digital tag that said $60.00. When cashing out, they rung out as $79.99. The cashier (an older lady with brown hair) called over to the shoe department and was told that they are indeed $79.99. We went back and took a picture of the shoe with the digital tag and she still claimed that it was not the same shoe and became very rude in the process. Didn't call a manager over or anything to try and resolve our issue. We had several other items we were about to purchase and dropped them all and left the store. You lost over $200 in sales and two loyal customers who have a kohls card. Staff needs to be trained in customer service ASAP and Richard in the shoe department is falsely advertising prices.

While the East Amherst Kohls is my preferred Kohls, this Kohls still has very friendly service and a wide selection, and even has several more of those kiosk things than other Kohls Ive been to.

Prices are comparable to a regular department store. No real value shopping here. Merchandise is often messy and out of place. Can't find my size for many different items even when not on sale.

Love the great deals & Kohl's cash. Great quality and big selection. I only shop when I get 20℅ or 30℅ off and I've gotten some really great buys.
