Never again. Brought my son in with severe swelling to the lips hands and face after asking 100 question 500 different ways, We sat in the waiting area " if that's what you want to call that area (room) for 2 hours total.
I didn't even wait pass that, We got up and went to Buff. General they help my son ASAP and give him a diagnosis and a referral to a Pediatric dermatologist in the time it took this hospital to ask 100 question and get insurance info.
I guess they assumed I was abusing my child you people can't tell the difference between allergies swelling and abuse

They stopped at the first possible thing they could think of without running all the tests they could have. Problems got worse because they didn't care enough to look even 5 minutes deeper into what could be wrong.

Was there almost 9 hours to have my son's wrist set and cast based on the recommendation of another hospital. Doctors were friendly and approachable, but we were not informed of why the wait was so long, no customer service skills. Just put in a room and left there.

Once it moves hopefully it will accommodate different services that our children need. But right now it's location is very outdated and staff just not friendly

I Am beyond irritated at this hospital. Went in for our 6 week old. They put us in the room and we waited over two hours before being seen by any dr despite asking a few times. They said it was because their computers were done even though I saw several patients being served. Finally saw the student dr and an attending later came in. Neither of which said what they thought was going. They moved to discharge our daughter but didn't give us a diagnosis or any explanation of what brought her there. I had to ask. Terrible place.

Probably one of the worst hospitals in Buffalo. I have horrible childhood memories of waiting around for hours to be seen. Now that I'm older and have kids of my own I avoid this hospital like the plague but sometime we are still forced to come for stuff like surgeries. Nothing has changed. Plan on spending at least 6 hrs here even with a appointment.

I took my daughter and myself to the ER of this hospital 02/12/2017 my daughter had 102 temp and wasn't feeling good over the course of 3wks. The staff are VERY unprofessional, They act like they don't want to be there and they laugh and belittle patients. I felt very uncomfortable being there with my 1yr old child. Its only when I started to blow up that they started to wake up, because before that my daughter was of little to no importance to them and the way that she put it was extremely rude. They offered me a room after I told them I was leaving (remind you she just told me that she didn't know when i would be called due to other people being more important). Its sad that in order for me to get care here I have to catch an attitude especially when its over a 1yr old child. They have had an attitude since I had my last daughter here in which they yelled and stabbed me with needles over being terrified (mind you I made it to the hospital late and was fully dilated with my childs head coming out) long story short Very unpleasant, unprofessional as if they acquired their degree by sucking off their professor's.

High risk prenatal MFM was great. Doctors were really busy but most of the sonographors were great! They were able to tell me the gender of my twins at 14 weeks and they were right! And the pediatric surgeon is great too, my daughter goes for surgery this month and he's answered all of my questions, no rush at all.

Horrible!!! Doctor lied to me so she could perform a procedure I wouldn't agree to on my 7 month old daughter, later found out after being admitted and the procedure was done that she "misinformed me" about her tests. Their effort for accommodations were non existent. Staff was terrible!! Very rude and slow. Most were either sitting around doing nothing or chatting with each other about their personal lives and issues that were irrelevant to the patients. As well as on another visit , left my son waiting for 6 hours to be seen!! After 6 hours of waiting and 2 hours of tests sent us home just to go see someone else! The emergency room all together is just absolutely horrible!!
