I called ahead before making my return because I threw away my order slip from making a purchase online and my fiance lost just lost his card that the purchase was made on. I explained this and advised I had the orginal e-mail with the order number and asked if they could just put the funds back on the card that it was originally purchased on and was advised that they could indeed do that and would be no problem at all. Now I've arrived and it's a whole different story and they can only give me a store credit and were unwilling to hear me out and didnt even offer an exchange considering the product I originally bought is now nearly $40.00 more. After I get rid of this store Credit Kohls will never see another dime from me.

Shopping here for Christmas gifts is always great. The cashier was awesome. She was super Friendly and gave me an additional 15% off due to a blemish in the product I was buying. Plus you can't beat the Kohls Cash bonus bucks. 😃

Don't come here and expect to get advice or answers about the back inventory from a human, just go to one of the kiosks and check there, or on your phone, it knows more then the actual employees do. The clothing sections tend to get messed up and stay that way for what seems like days also. Never enough knowledgeable cashiers either.

Easy exchange from online order, but the purse section is a big mess!! With the help of the staff, I was able to get the purse I went there to find, after an hour of looking around the mess that is the purse section, however, the bag I wanted was in the stock room.

Has a few brands I like and usually has some sort of "double super-secret clearance extravaganza" going on so with Kohl's bucks in hand usually feel like I got a good deal. Biggest complaint is that the aisles and shelves often look like I got there just after a mass looting.

Never shopping here ever again.. first time in years I went in and spend $73. Then a week later they charged me again and overdrafted my account. When I went in there and spoke to an employee I was given a 1-800 number that was all recording and was told there is nothing they can do.. so I spend 73$ and they took 140$. WORST costumer service I have ever experienced. Save your time and money and go anywhere else but this place. They just steal from you.
